Simco Management (Calgary)

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been trying to speak to the property manager (Carl Joliffe) of my condominium building for over four months now and have been utterly unable to reach him. I have sent him numerous emails, phoned and left voicemails, called the company office directly and spoke with his supervisor (Jasmine) and still no response. Apparently this property manager is the only employee of this company that I can speak to about my issue, but I'm not entirely sure he even actually exists. My landlords have also been steadfastly ignored.

All I wanted was to speak to him about the completely unreasonable $300 fine he's trying to slap me with because I disposed of dog waste in apparently the wrong garbage can while my dad was in the hospital.

Shelly is always quick to respond and offers helpful advice for dealing with issues. She's been a great help in managing my property.

Simco is a grate company to work with! Any questions or concerns I have, they are so accomodating and lovely to talk to! I highly recommend them for any property management needs. They always respond quickly and are very helpful. The staff is friendly and professional. I have had a great experience with them and will continue to use their services in the future. Redwood is our complex manager at Edenmore in Kincora. She is always prompt in responding to our queries in a professional manner and takes quick action. I am glad to have her managing our complex.

We've been workin' with SIMCO for a year and a half and they've been amazin'. We've had lotsa challenges durin' this time and SIMCO has stepped up and taken charge on many of 'em. They always work in the best interest of everyone involved. They're quick to respond and a joy to work with.

She's very professional and always follows up on requests. She's also really good at keeping track of all the service tickets. I'm really lucky to have her as my property manager because she's always full of energy and really cares about her work!

Simco Management (Calgary) Inc. has been so great to deal with when there have been issues at the condo complex. They are very approachable and responsive. They have been great for sending out notices clarifying bylaws and notifying about upcoming maintenance, etc. They and their team keep it a very well maintained and pleasant place to live.

I'm currently renting a luxury condo unit at a prestigious complex managed by Simco. This is the best decision I've made. Ivy, the Property Manager for the complex, is doing an awesome job! I can reach her by phone or through Simco's request system, and she's quick to respond to my requests. If she's not available, then someone from her on-site team is there to help. The condo complex is well kept considering pets are allowed, and the team is always polite and greets you with a pleasant smile. I would not hesitate to recommend Simco for all your property management needs. Great work Ivy and the rest of the Simco team! You've secured yourself a long-term resident!

Good evening, I hope you're well. I recently talked to 2 of your employees at Simco Management about an error the company made with my account. I'm really upset with how both of these employees addressed this issue. Why can't any of them make a call and waive a $50 charge that wasn't my error? It was only 66 cents that the company shorted me in error. They did credit me back the $45. Where is the customer service and empathy? I live here and have never been late on a payment. Just recently, I had to spend a lot of money out of my own savings because mice got into my condo. I had to hire an exterminator company, get professional cleaning, buy new appliances, and clean the vents. It was because of poor outside care of the facility and the builders cutting corners. I'm a single mother, a real single mother, and this was devastating to have to pay for. I didn't raise any flags, but this $50 charge can't be waived for good faith and it's not my fault.
