I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Carvana. When the Jeep arrived, I notice the back tires are bare, hardly no tread. I said something to the delivery driver. I told her to wait until I contacted Carvana. I got a hold of Carvana and told them about the tires. They said it will be no problem to fix and sent me locations to take the Wrangler. So i took the Wrangler and heard back from Silverrock the next day. They denied the claim stating that the tires met their standards. I called Carvana sent in photos of the tires. The representative on the phone from Carvana stated that yes the tires are worn but made their standards. He even told me to get over it and move on. What customer service is that! My boyfriend is a state tropper and he states that those tires are a ticket offense. What standards are Silverrock and Carvana looking at? It cant be the Ohio codes...the front tires are fine it is just the back tires. I cannot believe they let that Jeep leave the lot with a severe safety issue! All i want is the back tires replaced. I have bought 3 cars with Carvana with no problems until now.
Claimed loss: We are going to have to replace the two back tires, approximately $1200.00 dollars
Desired outcome: For them to replace the back two tires
