I bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. Upon delivery, I notice the back tires were bare. I called Carvana with their associate there, and they said they would cover the tires. They sent me places to go to get the tires taken care of. I took the Jeep there and the tire place sent the claim in. The next day, Silver Rock said it met their standards and they would not cover the tires. I called Carvana after that, they stated again that if followed their standards. My boyfriend is a state trooper, he stated those tires are a ticketed issue. I called Carvana again, they stated the same thing, within their standards, and yes, they said this, "Get over it". The Carvana rep also claimed after the photos being sent in, they looked pretty bare but there is nothing he can do. I want to know what standards they are looking at, because it is not under Ohio's code. I'm about to sue them.
Recommendation: Don't take delivery of your vehicle until all repairs are made.
