Silhouette America review: Run away as fast as you can!!!

I have been a Silhouette Cameo user since their first Cameo machine in 2011. I loved everything about it - then - around 2 years ago - something happened and everything went to crap. They "updated" the web site and now it is nearly impossible to work with. I had nearly 17,000 designs before things went south and now I can access maybe 200 of them. Forget trying to sync my account - it will not happen. I have to turn off my Internet in order to use the software because it slows everything down - it totally uses up any hardware resources available. You can forget trying to get any support with any of it. It's been months and I finally got a response from customer support. They told me to go through the "Fixes" they have listed on the website for the syncing issues. I've already done those - multiple times - that is why I asked for help. So, it has been a while longer and still no help. I was planning on a machine upgrade - I am still running the original Cameo - and this debacle and unprofessional handling of said debacle - has cemented my decision. I don't know what machine I will get next. Darn tootin' it will not be a Silhouette America product!
