J'ai r?cemment pass? une commande sur le site Art Of Where pour un v?tement que je voulais porter pour les f?tes de fin d'ann?e. Apr?s plusieurs semaines d'attente, j'ai finalement re?u la mauvaise nouvelle que mon colis avait ?t? perdu en cours de route. Je suis tr?s d?u de cette situation car cela signifie que je n'aurai pas mon cadeau de No?l ? temps.

Je pense que c'est inacceptable qu'un colis soit perdu et que le service client ne soit pas en mesure de r?soudre le probl?me rapidement. J'ai essay? de contacter le service client plusieurs fois, mais je n'ai pas re?u de r?ponse satisfaisante. Je suis triste de dire que je ne recommanderais pas Art Of Where ? mes amis et ? ma famille.

Cependant, je dois dire que j'ai ?t? impressionn? par la qualit? des produits que j'ai re?us de Art Of Where dans le pass?. Les v?tements sont bien faits et les designs sont uniques. J'aime aussi le fait que les produits soient fabriqu?s localement et de mani?re ?thique.

En fin de compte, je suis d?u de ma derni?re exp?rience avec Art Of Where, mais je ne suis pas pr?t ? abandonner compl?tement le site. Je vais peut-?tre essayer de commander ? nouveau ? l'avenir, mais je vais certainement ?tre plus prudent et m'assurer que je suis en mesure de suivre ma commande de mani?re plus efficace.

I gotta say, Art of Where has definitely tested my patience. I mean, don't get me wrong, their products are pretty sweet. But when it comes to customer service? Not so great. I've been waiting for well over a week just to get a freakin' email response. And don't even get me started on their phone line - good luck trying to get through to anyone there.

It feels like they're just playing games at this point. Once they have your money in their hands, they don't really seem to care about anything else. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but sadly, it didn't bring me any justice. So if you want to avoid getting scammed and losing out on your earnings, do yourself a favor and stay away from Art Of Where.

But, the thing that truly bums me out is that after they initially respond to my messages, they tend to drop off the face of the earth. I'll be asked to send photos of my issues or answer a few extra questions, but then it's radio silence. It's tough feeling like you're being ignored. That being said, I'm still sticking with Art of Where for the moment. However, if their lack of customer service continues to be an issue for me, I may just have to find a new printing company to suit my needs.

I was curious about Art of Where and decided to put it to the test by ordering a 26" square silk scarf. It's always nice to know what you're getting into when you're about to recommend a company to a client, right?

The affordable scarf was advertised as 8mm 100% silk habotai with "machine rolled edges." They even offered a choice of thread colors. Or did they? I couldn't find anywhere in the ordering process where I was able to choose the thread color. Hmmm...

When the scarf finally arrived, I was saddened to find that it had black thread serged edges which proved to be very disappointing. They weren't what I was expecting at all. I'm guessing that in some parallel world a serged edge equates to a machine rolled edge. You live, you learn!

Another downside of Art of Where is that they do not offer an easy option for customer service, much less a forum for communication among users. These are key features that may have been able to address the issue I experienced. Sadly, I don't think I'll be using them again.

I’m an artist who’s used Art of Where to print my art on a few of their products. Recently (in September of 2019), I decided to put in my third order, and this time it was a bigger purchase of $600. I had some questions regarding my order and decided to contact customer service through email. However, the response I received wasn’t quite up to par. For the entire next day, I exchanged emails with someone who didn’t seem to understand my concerns. I requested a phone call several times, but it didn’t happen. I even called their listed number and left a message, but there was no response. It’s now nearly October, and I’m not sure if they’re still printing my order. They’ve already charged my credit card, but there hasn’t been any other interaction since then.

I went above and beyond to give Art of Where a chance to make things right. I sent a letter to headquarters, but to no avail. I have to say, the lack of care is disheartening, especially considering the considerable amount of money I’ve invested in them. If you’re going to take someone’s money, you ought to be there to answer their questions or at least provide some kind of customer service. To sum it up, their customer service sucks, and although they might have nice products, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Art of Where is an interesting company. However, I'm quite frustrated with their customer service. It's unfortunate that a company with such beautiful products doesn't have proper customer support that would benefit sales. The worst part is waiting for a response from their customer service team. On top of that, whenever I call them, I end up waiting for hours and never get through - it's quite unusual. If your task is urgent, then you're really unlucky.

I'm let down with the stitching on Art of Where's tote bags. The straps on the larger bags have no reinforced stitching. Upon gently tugging sideways, they tore open. It's quite disappointing, especially considering the fact that the tote bags look quite beautiful and durable in their catalog.

Another problem I have encountered with Art of Where is their mock-ups. Their mock-ups are missing some crucial information. For example, when looking at the design, only one strap color shows on the mock-up. Therefore, it's quite challenging to have the best color match to go with your design. They didn't seem interested in addressing that issue, which was a letdown.

Upon trying out their youth leggings, I have realized that the recommended sizes for the leggings weren't very accurate. The leggings turned out to be too tight on the kids I tested them on. It's unfair to have kids feel uncomfortable in leggings, as this could cause problems in the future.

Overall, I think there are better POD companies that you should explore rather than going through the headache and stress of working with Art of Where. There are always better options, and Art of Where is not one of them.

We've been buying leggings, crop tops, and art prints from Art of Where since way back in 2016. There have been a lot of complaints from our customers about the stitching quality of their leggings, particularly the crotch. In short, the crotch of the leggings tears apart after only a few wears. It's such a shame that they don't use a gusset for their leggings because we, who have made leggings ourselves, know that it's vital to maintaining the fabric's quality. With a gusset, people can stretch and move more freely, which means less strain on the seams. Without it, the seams bear more pressure and end up ripping out.

Back when we first started ordering from them, their customer service was good, but lately, they've been ignoring us. We've been trying to get them to refund our latest blown-out leggings, but they're refusing to. It's very frustrating to keep supporting a Canadian company like Art of Where, but we're losing a lot of dough by reimbursing our customers for the poor quality gear we get from them. To be candid, it's embarrassing for us to have such weak products in our stock.

Lately, customer service has been ignoring our emails, which is disappointing. Finally, after waiting for over a month, they replied saying that we're now outside their time limit of three months for refunds. This week was the final straw for us, and we've decided to stop supporting them.

If you don't want to be stressed out, we recommend that you stay away from this company and not order their leggings.

Art of Where ain't it, chief. Don't waste your money on this garbage website. The quality of the stuff I ordered was straight booty, especially after COVID hit. Like, I get it, things are messed up right now, but that's no excuse for the trashy service and rude employees. I tried to reach out to customer service for help and they were about as responsive as a rock. And when they did finally hit me back up, they were just plain disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

The Art Of Where website is da bomb. I decided to check it out and let me tell you, the waistband on their clothes is like 4-eva long. I mean, it's supposed to help make you look good but it rolls up like an old man struggling to stand. I'm talking ugly and uncomfortable levels off the charts, man. Plus, the sizes run small - like, really small. So be prepared to work those sausage links into a smaller casing. But the quality of their clothes is fire, and the patterns are so hype. I mean, I love the designs, but the fit? Blah. Overall, if you're looking for dope clothes that are lit in the design department, check out Art Of Where. Just know that you might have to order up a few sizes to fit into them.
