I just gotta say, Beadpark is the real deal. I ordered my stuff on 08/18/2020 and it came in on 8/26/2020. I was so stoked when I got my package, it was like Christmas came early. The product was top-notch and the shipping was off the chain. I'm definitely buying from them again, just because the shipping was so fast. I ordered my stuff from Beadpark on April 18th. It's now May 12 and I still haven't got my stuff. I'm not happy about it and I won't be ordering from them again. I'm from Ohio and I'm just really disappointed.

Beadpark is not the best place to shop for beads. Their customer service is terrible. They don't help you with returns, exchanges, or tracking orders. It's a real pain in the neck. You should definitely avoid shopping here. It's not worth the trouble.

So, I recently bought a roll of 50m chain from Beadpark and unfortunately, it arrived in a pretty bad state. The chain was all broken and ground up, which was a real bummer. It took me over 4 hours to untangle everything, which was a real pain in the neck.

When I contacted the company about the issue, they only offered me a measly 2.66 as compensation for the wrong packaging that caused the whole problem. I mean, seriously? 2.66 for more than 4 hours of my time? That's just not right.

So, I ordered some heart necklace trays and cabochons from Beadpark. But let me tell you, it was a total disaster. When I received my order, I found out that the heart trays came with round cabochons that didn't even fit the trays. What a waste of money! I tried to get a refund by sending multiple emails and even pictures, but they didn't give me any refund. And that's not all, some of the other items I received were discolored too. It was all junk! I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from Beadpark.
