I found SIG Solar at a street fair and they're not like those annoying salespeople. They know their stuff and explained everything in a way that made sense. Damian came to our house and he was super friendly and knew what he was talking about. He was professional, respectful, and didn't beat around the bush. We're excited for the installation to start!

Sig Solar was great! They asked me a few questions about my house and then got started. We thought we'd be without power all day, but it was only off for 4 hours. They finished and left before I got home. My salesman, ***, was super helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about Sig Solar!

SIG Solar is a great company to go with for your solar needs. The guy we worked with, ***, was really cool and explained everything so we could understand it. He knew his stuff and was super friendly. They gave us different options so we could pick the right one for our family. The team that installed everything was really clean, professional, and FAST! We were amazed at how quick everything went. They even did all the paperwork and made all the phone calls to get approval from our HOA. We're really happy with our investment! We've been telling everyone to go solar!

The SIG Solar guys were amazing. The brothers, John and Mike, were super patient with us. They explained everything step by step. The whole process, from start to signing the paperwork, took less than 90 minutes. The panels are made in the USA, not China. They look like flat-panel TVs. They have mini inverters on each panel, so cool. With an interest rate of only 1.9% and a 26% tax rebate, we had no choice but to make our home a solar-powered one. There is a 25-year warranty with our panels. There is an app to monitor the panels on your phone. We are so happy with meeting the SIG Solar family. Check these guys out!

I was thinking about getting solar for a long time. But after getting my last two months PG&E bills, which were over $500.00, I decided to look into solar companies. I called some companies to get estimates. Sunrun was one of them, but their sales rep was rude and didn't seem interested in giving me an estimate. I talked to a co-worker about it, and he suggested Solar Installation Group. Their sales rep was my guy. He worked with my schedule, and he was polite and courteous. He answered all my questions and knew a lot about sales, equipment, and financing. He takes pride in the company and his work. Thanks to him and his sales knowledge, I decided to go solar.

I gotta say, I don't usually write reviews, but I gotta give props to SIG Solar. The dude who came out, ***, was on time and even called ahead to let us know he was on his way. We were expecting another pushy sales pitch, but he was super chill and answered all our questions. He showed us three different options and let us make an educated decision. He kept us in the loop the whole time and the install crew was fast and cleaned up after themselves. They even finished in one day! SIG Solar gets more than 5 stars from me. If you want an honest and reliable company, ask for ***.

I got a 10K system from SIG Solar around 14 months ago. But it only generated like a 4K system. I called and asked them several times, but they told me to wait for the 1 year PG&E statement to check the total generation and adjustment. Finally, I saw that it had generated much less, like a 4K system. I found out that the company designed and installed the solar panels under the shading area. They haven't answered my calls or emails. I chose this company because of the great reviews on Google.

I contacted SIG Solar in August for two projects in *** and Oakdale, . They completed both installations but there are two main issues. First, we were promised a $1000 multi project rebate but haven't received it yet despite numerous attempts to communicate. Second, we were told we could have EV chargers installed at both locations for $500 EACH but only one was installed in ***. The Oakdale one was not installed and we were promised an update but never received one. It's been 78 days without a rebate check and communication with the sales person has been sporadic. They offered the multi project discount but it hasn't been resolved yet.
