hello...i have ordered from the date of 12.12.2017 (order number:DM1488064)and i have no news about my order.
could you tell me if ghete is a problem and what i have to do .i know what it takes more than 30 days but it has been about 60 days and i have no news.i want to know if it is some kind of mistake or if you can give me my money back.thank you for tour attention

ordered a 200 pound naval woollen full length coat.

Ordered a 200 hundred pound navel wool full lengh coat. Recovered some rags in a bag with sweatshirt printed on it. Was nylon looking and badly stiched and millimetres thick. Would not pay a pound for. Tried 5 ways to complain and was cut off or did not get a reply. Spent 27 pounds which is cheap. Should have known to cheap for the item.

I refer to the above order number. I emailed you two weeks ago regarding this order as I have still not received this order which was requested around 3/12/17? I am aware that your small print states that its can be as long as 30 days but this is verging on ridiculous. You keep sending me promotional offers but I certainly would not be taking advantage of these offers based on the fact I still have not received my first order. This is really poor customer services and I am going to seek consumer advice on this matter now.

I ordered a Acolyte Cardigan from the site on 29th December 2017, order number of the same was #DM1497995 using email id, that costed me 29 $. .It's been almost one month since then but still there is no delivery of my order.
Please provide me any update of the order, and in case it's not delivered then let me know the same.
And let me know about your refund policies.

    Shop deal man seem to be not in real existence because I made several order last year 2017 and this 2018 paid thousands but I never even received a single product, yes an email indicating shipping we receive but as you follow up nothing is coming out. Until I receive my goods I will regard Shopdealman a scam

As you will be able to see from your records of this order, I placed this order on the 7th November which is now over the allocated 30 days delivery. I have also emailed you on several occasions now and have not received an email of recognition or an emailing telling me what is being done to resolve this problem.
The item that i ordered was a 1x Operator Excursion Hoodie - Navy / L. I ad one reply to give me a tracking number and this is the only response I received.

Hi there. Only 1 of the 4 ordered items have been received on order DM1490028. Please can I get a refund for the remaining items. Order total was £101.01.
When logged into my account on your website, my order total is showing as £93.. when I logged on yesterday the total was £94. £101.01 has left my account for this order so I expect the CORRECT amount to be refunded to me.

I am very much frustrated by dealman customer service. They are giving no reply at all. And also providing false tracking number. I need my hard earned money back or my order. These people are such fraudsters. When ever I try to enter tracking number they provided me in China post online tracking site, it shows no such parcel received. I want my money back or my order.

two hoodies/sweaters

I ordered my items back in November. I received a confirmation email on December 2 saying that my order had been shipped. They provided a tracking and order number. I sent emails to the support address provided in these emails because I could not track. The website was unclear and always said pending. They never replied. I received another email apologizing for the delay on my order and they blamed weather conditions as the reason why they could not deliver two shirts In Over two months time . Attached in this email was a coupon for 10 dollars off my next purchase!!! Is this a joke??? They think I'm going to order from here ever again??? They even think sending an email blaming weather is a responsible move for a company??? I have sent about 5 emails trying to contact them and their "support" team! I haven't heard anything! It is now January 5th! I want a full refund!!! Never order here for anything!!!
