Shop & Ship — shipment does not appear on the shipping list and customer support channels are not there
I have a shipment which shows it was delivered to ShopandShip Account long time ago via Yodel.com (Tracking No. JD0002256881473874).
I want to contact ShopandShip via email, phone or live chat but not of these appear on the Customer Support List of contact. In fact, the Contact us and Customer support tabs don't contain any means of communication. It used to be there before but it is no longer there.
I need help to reach out to shopandship customer service to inquire about this shipment.
