Shoe Palace review: easy spirit shoe traveltime

I purchased a pair of Easy Spirit shoes at the Shoe Palace in the Festival Flea Market in Pompano Beach, Fl. 33073. I have had them less than a year and the sole ripped off the bottom completely. I think that these are not made by Easy Spirit but are fake. Please advise me what to do. I would like a complete refund. I paid $52.99.
