This company is unhelpful and useless
Total scam. I have ordered from Willy Goat and it was disaster. I didn’t get the items, which I have bought from them, but the seller was too busy and hadn’t had time for me and for my problems. As well as he told me that my credit card was duplicated and they couldn’t return money therefore. When I have solved problems with the back, the rep stopped to reply to my questions. Not recommended company.

I purchased a swing set less than a year ago and they will not honor their warranty for rotting wood which is supposed to be 10 years. I tried to contact the maker but they say Willy Goat needs to replace it and they won't. They are not an honest business. I should have gone to my local Toys R Us or Walmart instead. I can send pictures if anyone is interested.
