I sent a parcel to them that was meant for Amazon and I sent the Amazon parcel to Shein. Amazon have refunded the money for the incorrect parcel. Shein kept asking me to verify what I had sent them so they clearly had received the wrong parcel, when I realised what I had done I asked them to return it to me and they now say that is not their policy and it will be destroyed. Now they keep saying they are looking for it and will get back to me 5 days. This happened in October but I just keep getting brushed off.
Claimed loss: £40.98
Desired outcome: I want my money refunded or my parcel returned to me.They do not have the right to destroy peoples property.
