I returned a 40 kg parcel to SHEIN on 15th November 2025, and Royal Mail confirms it was delivered. I have provided full proof of delivery, including tracking information and GPS confirmation.
Despite following all return instructions correctly, I have still not received my refund. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but the responses have been confusing and inconsistent:
• Sometimes they claim the parcel has not been received.
• Other times, they say it is being processed.
• Promised emails and updates never arrived.
• At one point, the warehouse confirmed they had received the parcel, yet no refund has been issued.
This handling is unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially considering the parcel’s weight of 40 kg. I demand that SHEIN process my refund immediately.
