SHEIN UK review: Lost delivery lost money

Part of my delivery was sent to the wrong address which as much as I have tried I cannot find, shein dont care as their system says it has been delivered but who knows where to, my contract was with shein, sheins contract was with the delivery company and its shein who are responsible to me for my loss of money but they refuse to help, awful customer service and I will never order again its a lottery on if you will just lose your money, yes its cheap but theres much better options out there than this scam
