back on may 1,2020 i purchased a shed from sheds for less the next day i was callked giving me a delivery date of june 11.2020 and told someone needed to be here to sign for the shed. the shed never showed up so i contacted sheds for less by email the woman said they would check with the shipping company then contact me, they never did. so i then reserched and found a number to contact them *** let phone ring for quite awhile with no answer then tried to contact by email only to have the email returned returned twice as undeliverable. as of this date i have not received the shed or even a tracking number from a shipper.

I ordered a two pack of Lifetime fishing kayaks on June 11 on the merchant's website, which stated delivery in 3-5 business days. It is now June 27 and I have not been able to get a status on my order from the merchant, either by the website or by calling them. I have tried several times to call and keep getting pushed to an automated message and disconnected. I was able to get through to a customer representative once on June 19th, who told me they would check with the supplier and email me back. I have yet to receive any correspondence on my order status. The website does not allow ability to check order status. The merchant charged my credit card immediately for the full amount.

I ordered a shed over a month ago. I've tried to call and email to check the status of my shed but no one ever calls me back or responds to my emails. My other shed has already been removed as we were initially told that the shed would be delivered by now. Now all of my belongings are sitting outside since I have nowhere to store them. At this point I would just rather have a refund and I will find something else for my belongings.
Business is unresponsive via phone or email. When I purchased a 10 pack of 6 foot lifetime tables I was told they were in stock and would arrive in 3-10 days. Upon day 10 I emailed the vendor with no response. On day 12 I called the vendor and was told to give a bit more time. It will be one month next week and I have gotten no updates. The product page now says backordered until 9/2. Please provide these tables urgently as we cannot staff our restaurant outdoor area or provide a refund.
My shed has been held in a depot 40 miles from my home for 27 days with no delivery in sight. Every day the delivery window is extended another day to the point where an ETA has become meaningless. Customer service has now given me two inaccurate delivery dates, claiming there are extra stops. Item has not moved at all since mid June. On Sunday 5/17, I placed an order for Model *** with this company. I used PayPal t0 process my payment. PayPal sent me back to Sheds Direct. I never received an order Number nor a transaction receipt. PayPal did process the payment. I contacted the company via phone and explained my problem. I was told to submit an email to Support . *** with documentation. I have not received a response. On Tuesday 5/19 and today wed. 5/20 I placed a phone call to the company and was asked to leave a message and phone number as the were "busy" and would call me back. I did leave a message but have not received a call. I would like to know if my order wwas ever processed and where is my payment. .This is not an acceptable way to do business ..

I placed and paid an order with the company on May 20th with a delivery date of June 3rd. The day before the delivery we received an email that the delivery is not going to happen because the shed was broken. It said, to call the delivery company to receive the new delivery date. I called RAC from Denver to inquire about the new shipment. The lady told me that the next time the driver goes in our direction would be June 23rd. I told her that we have livestock and that we really need the shed faster. She said that she has only one driver and one truck, which is running 7 days/week and there is nothing she can do. I contacted 'Shed for less' and they told me that they will look at this and get back with me. That has been two weeks now. My husband and I have called almost on a daily base, sent emails, left voice messages. No response. The chat person will not respond. We feel that this is the only way to get any response from the company. We made temporary adjustments for our livestock and spend additional money due to this situation.

I order a shed on August 27,2020 I was promised a shipment date of 5-7 business days. I waited two weeks and then began to call them. Each time i get the same replay that they will look into this and email me. It is now the 18th of September and still no answer. I have called them at least three times.
I was sent a non usable shed and when I tried to return it the company basically refused . The shed has missing components and holes where screws should be dont line up . I have the original packaging and even agreed for the company to take out a 25% restock fee and the company still refused . I received the shed on a Monday and when tried to assemble it on a Wednesday and I was unable to . That's when I first contacted the company less than a week of receiving the item . On there website it has return policy 30 day and a 25 % restock fee . I agreed to 25% and the company won't even give me a refund . This company is a SCAM and need to be looked into
I ordered shed 11/22 expected to have in 10 days no communication on possible delay was provided to me at time of order or after 10 days. On 11-24 I received an email stating my order had shipped and a tracking number was provided to me but when I went to track order no order recognized. I waited about 3 weeks given Covid issues. Still no shed, no tracking info could be pulled on this order. When I called shedforless customer service the lady on the phone Could not even pull up a record of my order so then I was emailed not our fault due to covid and it's my responsibility to read shipping print despite website makes claims ship within 10 days and in stock WEST. Then they tell me it's out of stock. Try to make me feel bad for their misleading advertisements that I need to be understanding due to pandemic via multiple emails. It is 12/20 and K still do not have any clue when my product will be here. Now I have backyard full if stuff that needs to go into a shed sitting in the rain. If I could attach pics of the website and emails I would. This is deceptive advertising and wrong!
