The vacuum works for 15 minutes and then shuts down. Called customer service 5 times and keep getting the rudest agents from India. They refuse to help and when I say I want the unit replaced, the last representative told me he would not accept that language and that I needed to know this was a professional call? There was never any vulgar language at all! The company will not replace defective units and it is clear that when you have an issue, they are trained to give you the runaround. When you demand a replacement, they become belligerent and call you the unprofessional one. Now, they pick up the phone with an attitude and refuse to help. Companies with customer service like this, need to be boycott!
