I reached Elite status, and had 230,000 points. I got voicemails that my account was "red flagged." It was just a ploy to get me to call so they could sell me more points, so I began ignoring these calls. In July 2024, 115,000 were gone. When I called, they said the points expired. I asked why they would red flag my account to sell me points but as an Elite member, why not warn me that I have points expiring? They were only willing to reinstate my points for $3k. I said no, and your Elite status means nothing! Will not give them another red cent!
