I have not received any information or paperwork regarding the work completed on my car, no invoice has been provided with items listed as work carried out and no costs.
I will not go near servicing stop. They hook you in with a 'low' servicing and mot cost and then sell you tons of extras. NEVER AGAIN. THEY'RE SCAMMERS!
THEY DO NOT service cars but let it out to a third party, then they use the hard sell to try to get you to purchase expensive and unnecessary additional servicing.
This is my first time of using your service and it will surely be the last time, they show lucrative price for it, send your car to a cheap garage and then loot you to pass mot. This company is a complete ripoff I will never use them again and would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
Biggest scam ever.. Grossly inflated prices for works recommended. Lesson learned. Would never recommend to anyone..
I will surely leave a review of this everywhere that I can.

You have every right to be furious. No invoice means no proof of work, and that is a breach of contract.
Here is the practical path. Send a formal email to customerservice@servicingstop.co.uk with your registration and booking reference. State clearly that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a detailed invoice listing all work and costs. Give them 7 days to provide it.
If they ignore you, file a complaint with Resolver.co.uk, a free UK tool that handles consumer disputes. Also, check if you paid by credit card, you can ask for a chargeback under Section 75 for services not properly documented.
You are not overreacting. They are counting on you giving up. Do not.
