Senior Helpers review: Client abandonment

I paid for 7 days of round the clock care for my elderly mother from 12:00 Thursday July 2 to 11:59 Thursday July 9.
My sister arrived Weds July 8 at 3:30 pm and there was no one from senior helpers there to look after my mother.
I called immediately and was told that I paid for seven days and the person scheduling had the attendant go home Weds at noon 'the sixth day' not thursday the seventh.
There was nothing but God looking out for her to have stopped her from wandering out of the house and becoming lost

The bill was $6410. for seven days at $36./hr plus whatever taxes they added on.
