On May 10, 2025 - I processed remittance and there was a technical error and remittance was cancelled. After few minutes, I try again and it shows successfully delivered but looking on my mom bdo account nothing was deposited. Since there's Phil Holiday I thought there might be delay but May 13 that was the time I worried as up to that time nothing as deposited on my mom's bdo account. I called customer service and they will investigate. Every day f/u no update then May 16 I called and now they are asking me to contact my moms bank as the money was already remitted. Contacting BDo and no credit pending on their end. Now the money is gone. Attaching my sendwave history and sendwave wallet as well as my Mom's bdo account.
