We made multiple calls and complained about the long wait time for installation. Now that it’s installed the city wont pass the inspection. The technicians need to come back and make changes. No one has shown up or called to say when and if they will be back! I don't recommend Semper Solaris. Do not use them please.
Desired outcome: Finish the work that is required for my solar to pass inspection, so I can get credit from LADWP!
I agree. Semper Solaris wants to market themselves having Marine Corp principles. But they do not actually practice them.
The executive is shady...and encourages his employees to be the same. Though we got our panels, it was a nightmare of a process. Took too long. Employees didn't have the courtesy or common sense to openly communicate. And certain employees were straight up unprofessional.
We are a military family, with grandfathers/father/uncles/brothers having served in WW2, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Panama Invasion and the War in Afghanistan. We were taught integrity and honor; patriotism, pride and country. Moreover, to have respect and a camaraderie for our country’s soldiers.
I hate to say it: avoid this company. There are others out there that will provide better service and a better experience.
