Securus Linking jpay and securus account to send emessaging

I cannot get anyone to hep me! the representatives working for this company is the worst and refuse to help me do anything! i want to put un a formal complaint on "kim" the very unhelpful and rude rep and i want my acct fixed so i can link my securus and jpay acct together! i have alll the information matching anf it does not allow me to link these accounts! can someone please take out the time to assist me and tell me why my accts will not link! i need a supervisor to call me back @ [protected]. I will also be reporting everything to the corporate office as well bc this has bren the worst experiance ive ever encounterted and it is downright repulsive the way i have been treated and its been impossible to get anyone in this company to help me. I will absolutely write a bad review about this company and all i am asking is for someone to assist me with simply linking these 2 accounts. I am in tears bc the lack of service ive been given and i have added money to the phone acct, should have 2 stamps and already added money to my husbands commissary account, so i have even given my money to this company and can not fet anyone to help me. I keep getting an error message to call the number ending in 1111, and provide code 101, however all info matches! something is wrong besides the lack of help ive gotten in resolving my issues. Ive requested to speak with technical support and a supervisor and have gotten neither! help me please for crying out loud and i need to a formal complaint submitted for the last 2 reps ive spoken with. I hate them! they have been nothing but a disgrace to your company. Nobody will evenn attempt to help me bc they simply dont care and have a lack of compassion and may the lord please bless them bc i certainly hope noboby else gets this kind of treatment. Again, please help me link my securus and jpay accts together so i can be in touch with my husband.

Desired outcome: WANT REPS REPREMANDED AND FIRED IF POSSIBLE. WANT MY ACCT TO BE LINKED AND WORKING PROPERLY

So I paid for my stamps and my credit card caught them. Taking the payment out twice so jow I have charged back on my account but I can get zoom time and phone calls.. This happen back in aug 2022 I was told to pay it so I did then I was told 15 days I could buy stamps well now after I put money on my account through moneygram I was told can't use the money...
