So I paid for my stamps and my credit card caught them. Taking the payment out twice so jow I have charged back on my account but I can get zoom time and phone calls.. This happen back in aug 2022 I was told to pay it so I did then I was told 15 days I could buy stamps well now after I put money on my account through moneygram I was told can't use the money for stamps.. So now I have that money there going to refund it to me... So ie been told so many lies through this place its crazy. They told me the reason i'm not seeing the stamps is cause I had to release it on this app so I did what they said and nothing called back again now there saying again I can't buy the stamps with the money that's sitting there after they gave me the stamps account number to use through moneygram... I'm so up set at this place cause i've been lied to hung up on. On hold for at least two hours cause everyone was calling in about this app...
Desired outcome: I want to be able to write my love one ..I'm being punished for my credit card stopping them from taking two payments out come on

yea there systems totally jacked. I called just to find out where the credits were that i had and was told i used them. i went back and counted them while she was checkin and i said this isnt the first time you have done this to me. she says i used them i said so now iam a liar is that what your saying . she got defensive i wound up asking for her to refund me for everything on securus i am just done. and she said she couldnt give me my money back. so i said i would go to the bank and they would get it back. and she then threated and said that then my account will be locked up. there unproffessional and half the time cant even control therer system
