Good early Sunday morning, I recently left securities during my PTO week and started a new job due to the company stealing hours of the paycheck. Before that, a guard tried to get me into trouble by humiliating me in front of other workers so I can yell at him while the operation manger was there although he did not hear me, so the operation manager wrote me up and put me as being a black aggressive women, coming from a Dominican operation manger-racist! And I saw him tell the Chinese guard(guy) that he was sorry for what happen although he started it and was previous harassing me before and I told the supervisor but they didn’t care because I was a female! Black woman at that! So I decided to not give them a 2 weeks notice because they don’t deserve it! I just put in my PTO and never came back! Before then when I was there the operation manager Luis Gonzalez who wrote me up and lied on the write up to be specific, he told me over the phone that the company was being greedy and don’t want to pay the extra over time to no one after they used my twice each week doing a double. Now, a new guard claimed she was missing 8 hours off her paycheck, the supervisor claimed he only got 30 or 32 hours payed instead of the actual 40 hours- remind you- he is the supervisor, and now I didn’t get the second over time money like I did on the other check, and I’m afraid on this last check I will not see my PTO pay week including the thanksgiving holiday pay! I want to make a claims report to the lawyer please! I’ve had enough! I have my bank statements as my proof of where my direct deposit comes to and I screen shot my PTO paper that I filed out for the days that I wasn’t in as proof.

Claimed loss: Payroll

Desired outcome: I want my 8 hours that was missed from the last week check and I want my PTO including the thanksgiving holiday pay on this up coming last pay check or I will take this to court and on public TV! I work in the courts now

And I forgot to mention that this site is at the Amazon Music company where celebrities come to perform and record music in Brooklyn Williamsburg on Kent ave and the site is called JFK 28. And they love putting people in what they called “the BOLO” book as if they are some type of inmates released from prison or something, over exaggerating, and trust me, if any of them see this they will know who it is and will be mad and will try to get revenge by putting my personal information up and if that happens, I will publicly put them on the good morning America news for that with my lawyer! It’s a shame that you have to fight fire with fire!

Im sorry you hit treated so poorly and I want you to call BOliIwho will help you get your money and you can file a complaint in writing do this will protect your working reputation and you will keep your spirits up. I believe you and I will pray fir your best outcome and a better employer. Do good to take care of yourself and thank you for making this post online. You are awesome and deserve better. I hope your Christmas holiday season gets better.

Thank you! I glad someone cares! And I didn’t get my last check at all and they took 8hours off my last check!
