So, I gotta tell ya, if you're using Secure.serve for your American Express Serve card, you might wanna brace yourself for a bit of a shock. I woke up this morning to find that some of my hard-earned cash had gone missing from my account, and it's all because of some pesky technical difficulties. And let me tell ya, trying to get through to these guys on the phone is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. It's been hours and I still haven't been able to get through to anyone. But then, on the 45th day, I got an email saying that my claim was denied because the charges were authorized. I was so mad because these charges were over $1000 and I didn't authorize them.

Now, I have to submit a letter in writing to view how their resolution decision was made. I'm thinking about getting an attorney because this is a real scam. I don't recommend this cardholder to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and the headache.
