Please accept this as my request for a full refund (431.91) for the Cher concert which has been permanently cancelled. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and purchased these tickets to fulfill an item on my bucket list. I have no interest in seeing some random concert just because I have a credit with your company due to the cancellation of the Cher event. In addition, I no longer feel safe in a concert environment since Covid. Please refund my money.

September 2019, I paid almost $900 for three concert tickets to Kenny Chesney in Milwaukee for April 25, 2020 which was postponed due to COVID. It was announced today that he is canceling his May 8th rescheduled concert and 'hopes' to reschedule in 2022.
I called Secure Box Office, they REFUSED to refund the money because they are stating the concert is NOT canceled - it just postponed until sometime in the future. IN THE FAR FUTURE. They told me to sell my tickets - tickets I do NOT have and tickets they do NOT have yet either. My money along with thousands of others has been sitting in an interesting bearing account. Kenny Chesney PUBLISHED if we wanted refunds we can get them through the original source we purchased them from because he doesn't know when he can schedule in the future yet due to the pandemic. Even the local news published his statement. Yet, Secure Box Office is holding my money hostage during a pandemic. This should be criminal. I can't sell tickets I do not have and they can't send me what I paid for since they do not have them yet either. They are holding the money based on a technicality. As far as I am concerned both concerts were canceled as they did not and will not happen . THEY HAVE MY MONEY and I WANT A REFUND!

Is secure box office being sub contracted through ticket master? i cannot get any info for money paid and services not rendered!

I have been trying to get a refund on tickets for a cancelled concert and all you wanna give me is credit. I need my cash back and not credit. This is [censored] and your service and customer service sucks! I will never recommend it and will trash this service every chance I get to everyone! I have almost 400 dollars I need desperately back at these hard times now

Tool concert canceled in June 2020, with no rescheduled event. Sent email and was told there would be no refund. They state there will be credit to use towards other events. That is completely unacceptable considering we are not interested in other events, and this was a birthday present for my husband I purchased. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with service.

Bought 4 Tickets for 2 events from Secure Box Office at a cost of $693.40 last January. Both events were cancelled and I cannot get a refund. I was directed to their website by the event venue, Paley Fest, which seemed to be a direct payment to Paley Fest, but now they claim to have nothing to do with Secure Box Office. At first they said that the money would not be refunded because the events were to be rescheduled, but now they have been cancelled and still they are not refunding the money.

Due to Covid and social distancing want REFUND!

Bought 2 foo fighters tickets. No refund provided just store credit with an expiration date. We paid over $500 to attend this event. After being rescheduled from May 11th to October 11th and then canceled. Extremely disappointed. Not understanding why we wont be refunded. After calling and getting no response its crazy they are allowed to get away with this

Chris Stapleton concert was cancelled for March 12 and for November 19 in Austin Texas. All of Chris Stapleton concerts for 2020 has been cancelled and the Austin Texas concert will not be rescheduled in 2021. We need our refund immediately for order #[protected] for $473.42. We have spoken with legal council and expect the refund immediately! We have also spoken to a supervisor with Secure Box Office on 6 occasions and was told this would be resolved and we would receive a call back from a supervisor and that was never done. No one ever called us back after each call like we were told would be done and no refund has been completed like we were told would be done by the supervisors we spoke to!

Don't like the way this transaction is going. Very confusing and shady. No refund because the event is not cancelled. (rescheduled to 08/06/21. I could receive them as late as 08/05/21! The day before the show!? Why does it take so long? I better cut my losses and lesson learned. The representative ended the live chat after I mentioned they were shady and of no help!

Concert was postponed due to Covid19 on March 12. Then in May, Tool canceled their tour. I only used this site because I needed 5 tickets together, and paid a lot higher price than ticketmaster posted. I waited until the week before the concert to receive them. The seats were all together but in a way less expensive section than what I chose. So when Tool actually canceled, secureboxoffice issued me a store credit with an expiration. We called numerous times to try to get our money back and they refused, even hung up. A scam from the start, and then they dont refund people. This company's ceo needs to be in jail.

They are selling tickets to venues that don't exists. My show canceled out and now they won't give me my money back. They are selling tickets to shoes right now in nyc when those venues are closed. Anyone reading this. Please report them to the FTC federal trade commission and file a complaint.

I purchased 4 tickets for a santana show this year, the concert has been canceled, or in other words (just semantics) postponed for 2021. The original tickets are offered full by live nation refund to unhappy customers but this terrible site offers you nothing. They just hung up on me. You have no support from them. They charged me $25 per ticket and I get nothing on return. The original owner can get full refund and I will be stuck with 4 worthless tickets. Order #[protected], paid amount $447.82 (4 tickets). Stay away from them.

Spent $1300 on Janet Jackson tickets and until show has been officially cancelled and not rescheduled could i be reimbursed. Well the show has been cancelled and they have issued a "COUPON" for a future event! ! And to top it off, it has a expiration date and if not used you forfeit your money! Who's to say there's another show I want to see...highly doubt it!
I WANT MY MONEY! This company is a scam! Where is the money going...you haven't produced anything to pay for! Not the end of this fight!

I purchased 6 tickets to the drag diva brunch at house of blues for Saturday March 21, 2020 through SecureBoxOffice. The show was cancelled do to Covid19 and has not been rescheduled. I have contacted them twice for a refund and they will not comply or refund the order. Order number #[protected] in the amount of $782.62. Both attempts for a refund were via live chat which I have saved. In addition I have tried to call their customer service line twice and was either disconnected or unable to reach a customer service agent.

I purchased 4 tickets on November 4, 2019 for Journey concert scheduled for June 1, 2020 in Glendale, Arizona. Due to the Covid epidemic, the concert has been canceled. Secure Box office refuses to give me a refund. They have offered a credit which I do not want. Order #[protected] $319.27. I chatted with a customer service rep who said they would issue a credit. I explained to him that I did not want a credit, I wanted a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and was told he could not get a manager on the chat and the managers cannot talk on the phone (?). I will be reporting this company to anyone I can think of and taking them to small claims court. Hope they don't mind traveling to Arizona to go to court over $300.00/

This is a formal compliant, I received an email regarding the cancellation of the performance Stomp. I was promised a full refund if the show was canceled. I called 4x and was told verbally told I would receive a full refund, as well as your recording and website stated the same. I will not accept a credit and will report this to the BBB, News station as well as DPAC center as to what this 3rd party is doing to the customer. I will move forward to every site on the world web, stating with YELP and contacting legal assistance in obtain what is right for myself and all the other customer you are doing this too.

You are 100 % in fault of keeping our monies and I will not go unheard.

Secure Box Office clearly states that a cancelled event will be fully refunded. Boston Calling 2020 has been cancelled and yet they're are not refunding. They are claiming that the 2021 event qualifies as a reschedule which is absurd. Bands will be different and this health crisis is placing financial strain on customers. Their policy is appalling.

Order [protected] purchased 12/23. My wife bought the tickets and there was no Summary of transaction. I didn't know the cost until it showed up on my statement which was the full price paid. After checking with the price where Secure Box Office purchased the tickets (Ticket Master) it was $147 more. ($50 more for each ticket and a service charge of $86 plus other small fees. I called their customer service number and they said they can charge what ever they want for the ticket and service charge. What makes me angry is with their setup is that they do not provide a summary of the charges before the finalizing the sale as most reputable firms do. I would not recommend purchasing through Secure Box unless you don't care what you pay.

I purchased 2 tix November 2019 for concert in Charleston SC. The total ticket cost was not disclosed but C C Amex was charged without final approval. They have a no refund policy. Had Amex involved with no satisfaction. This is theft and fraud in that they told Amex all details were disclosed prior to charging the card. Not true. There are many complaints with the same fact pattern.
