Seaside Consultants Group review: Time share exti cancellation

Started process of time share cancellation with Seaside Consultants in November 2021, paid for services $3848.00 and paid attorney 600.00 in full. 5 years and counting my account is still not resolved. Paid for there attorney that works with Seaside and all they can say is that we have sent letters out and this they do every six months, so how is this legal matter comes into place. However since this has been going on so long the time share had the open window to report a FC on the time share which has damaged my credit account placed on my credit report date in 05/2026, I have uploaded all credit reports to Tradebloc, no solution to my request only to say that they will contact me. I have been in contact with Seaside to get updates and all they can say is that they will contact me. I had been taken granted for and by reading all other comments and reviews i see that some reviews are very lucky they got their case resolved as for me the questions still lies where is this case will be put to a closed. The damaged is done and no apology letter, no confirmation time share cancelled instead they damaged my credit, and how will this be explained?Very upset and frustrated!
