He/Cordell Phillips was later then what time was set10-12 showed up @ 12:35)...main concern was I do believe he used dirty water, created a smell (had no smell prior) and he did not get the edges of the carpet and stains that were very little. I would not have this guy/Cordell again nor would I recommend Sears carpet cleaning to anyone. Waste of my time and money...

Desired outcome: Smell hard to get rid of, even with the windows open.
