Seal Skin Covers review: I used their boat fitment tool and they took my money!

I used their online boat fitting tool to select my boat with a swim deck, the cover came - too short. I called them and they insisted it fit my boat... I emailed photos (my boat is 4 hours away!) ... for more than a month they kept sending inane messages saying it was the right size (even though I had to rig up a separate tarp for the swim deck!
After ~2 mo. they agreed I could exchange it (not boat is put away for the winter) so they say, no problem you can call in the spring and exchange it...
I just called and they said...its been more than 30 days ... NO [censored] SHIRLOCK... you took more than 30 days to even engage with me (12+ emails).

This is the second cover from them (got one for my motorcycle too). The quality is decent but their fitment and customer service is the WORST!
