To to who it may concern
I'm driver number 1161413 intermodal driver in Kearny New Jersey terminal, today I'm writing this complain to someone who can help me from the headquarters, because I've been accused by my operation manager with a damage in the truck that I drive me and my sleeper, she said that I am the last one who drove the truck. when they asked me about that damage I told DBL The damage it's very old over 2 months, and I'm not the one who did it but they keep telling me same sentence you are the last one who drove the truck I requested an investigation about who made the damage to the truck number 18983 they don't want to listen to me, I asked them call my sleeper And ask him as well about this matter they ignored my request and They asked me to call the insurance to get a claim number, I refused because I didn't made that damage to the truck, she put me out of service I'm not working now, plus she made the DBL To call the insurance on my behalf I don't know what they are doing! and I don't know if they will put it under my name even I told them it wasn't me, they don't have any evidence that I did the damage and they are refusing to do any investigation.
Also I want to bring to your attention that the truck 18983 it has been given many times to different drivers when me and my slipper are off, I work only four days shift I don't know anything about the truck in the other three days when I am off. that's why am requesting again please make an investigation about who made the damage I'm refusing and I will fight all way to the end, even if it cost me to job
I'm not asking favors I'm asking only to be fair to me and my family I will never carry somebody's else's mistakes if I did it I will say yes and it will let them in the first day.
I wish that somebody from Wisconsin call me as soon as possible because I need someone to listen to me what I didn't found in my terminal.
