Been with this bank for a car loan since 2023
Been paying on time every month, deferred a couple payments with a fee (understandable) Been consistently paying early on the Monday of payment coming out (Friday) Went smoothly, until I premade a payment on Wednesday as I have done in the past and email them letting them know so they don't take out that other payment. This has never been a problem. Now because I made an early payment and the lady didn't know what she was doing I am getting charged a NSF fee for them taking out again... Of $75 normally I wouldn't complain but because they are taking out my bank will charge $25 and they charge $75 like are you kidding me. So, because I was being diligent made an early payment and let them know as I always have I am getting charged more? Stay clear of this bank and there insanely HIGH interest rates... At this rate I will NEVER get out of this loan
