Santa Rita Landscaping

I got a deal with Santa Rita Landscaping, Inc. on March 4 to put in 3 water things in my backyard (and some other stuff to finish it). I paid $16,785.00 (in two parts: check numbers 7117 on March 5 and 7120 on April 26). The water things don't work; my lights don't work no more (your guys took out the timer); not enough rip rap was put around the fountains; there's bare spots in the gravel they put down; my water bill went up 3 times (because the busted pipes they put in meant I was watering the desert!); my garden hose nozzle is broke and can't be fixed; they left a stain on my driveway; I could say more... I told Santa Rita about all this and they said they'd fix it (lots of times) - but they ain't doing nothing.

I went to Santa Rita Landscaping Inc's office showroom on 8/10 and paid $37,781.86 for some big landscaping work and an irrigation upgrade in my backyard. They said they'd start in mid-November. Some of the supervisors and workers came in mid-November and gave us a drawing and an owner's manual for the irrigation system. The drawing had a list of parts for the irrigation upgrade. My wife asked the workers about it when they were tearing out the old irrigation system, and they said another crew would do that work because they were laying pavers where the system needed to go. My wife waited for a supervisor to call her to fix the problem, but after many calls and a couple of visits from supervisors, Santa Rita Landscape said we never had an irrigation system in the backyard and they never agreed to install an upgrade. On 1/10/2022, we gave them a second payment of $37,781.85 and a check for $2,334.26 for work they said wasn't covered in the first billing. When my wife gave the supervisor the checks, he said he'd have someone look into the irrigation system, but they won't return her calls.
