I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my SakRoots handbag. I mean, it's peeling like crazy! And get this, it's not even new. I've had it chillin' in my closet for like 3 or 4 years, and I just started using it again. But now, the brown parts are totally falling apart. Not cool, man.

I bought my daughter a Pastel Bucket Crossbody Bag from SakRoots back in March. She started using it in May and already it's starting to fray at the seams at the bottom of the purse. She really likes the way it looks, but it's just not holding up very well. I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of the bag, especially considering the price I paid for it. I was hoping it would last her a lot longer than just a few months. It's a shame because the design is really cute and my daughter loves it, but it's just not worth the money if it's going to fall apart so quickly. I'm not sure if I would buy from SakRoots again in the future, but I'll definitely be more cautious about the quality of their products.

I recently made a purchase from Sakroots and I have mixed feelings about my experience. I bought two purses, and the first one was absolutely stunning. The colors and design were so beautiful, and I loved the fact that it was made of easy-to-clean vinyl material. It was perfect for my everyday use, and I received so many compliments on it.

However, my experience with the second purse was not as great. I purchased a cloth purse, and to my surprise, the black ink or dye from the purse rubbed off on my clothes and hands while I was traveling. It was a complete mess, and I was extremely disappointed. I expected better quality from Sakroots, especially considering the price I paid for the purse.

I contacted Sakroots about the issue, and while they did offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase, I was hoping for a return refund instead. I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay for a product that didn't meet my expectations and caused me such inconvenience.

Overall, I'm not sure if I will be purchasing from Sakroots again after this experience. While I loved the first purse I bought, the second one was a major letdown. I hope that Sakroots takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of their products in the future.

I recently made a purchase from SakRoots and I must say, I am quite pleased with my experience. I ordered a portable charger and it works like a charm. It's definitely a lifesaver when I'm on the go and my phone battery is running low. The charger is compact and easy to carry around, which is a huge plus.

However, I also ordered a wristlet/purse that unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. Although it's a beautiful purse, it's just too small for my liking. It's designed to fit an iPhone, but if you have a case on your phone (which most people do), it won't fit into the pocket. So, I recently bought a SakRoots bag from their website, sakroots.com. I was pretty excited about it, but when it arrived, I noticed a stain on it that just wouldn't come out. It wasn't a huge deal to me, since the stain was part of the pattern, but I still wanted to leave a review on the website to let others know about my experience.

Well, imagine my surprise when I went back to check on my review and found that it had been deleted! And to make matters worse, I got an email from SakRoots asking me to send the bag back if I had any issues with it. No apology, no explanation, just a demand for their product back.

I was pretty disappointed by this whole experience, especially when I went back to the website and saw that all the other reviews were glowing 4-5 star ratings. It made me wonder if SakRoots was manipulating their customers into leaving positive reviews, even if they had issues with their products.

Overall, I'm not sure I would recommend SakRoots to others based on my experience. It's a shame, because I really liked the design of the bag I bought, but the customer service and review manipulation left a bad taste in my mouth.

I gotta say, I bought this big ol' Sakroots wallet back in 2016 and I was pretty stoked about it. The colors and designs are just so rad, and I love that it supports the North American butterfly. But let me tell ya, a few months later the stitching started to come apart and I was like, "What the heck, man?" So I took it back to the shop and they let me exchange it for a similar wallet, but I had to pay a few more bucks for it. Fast forward two years and now the dang zipper isn't working! I mean, come on, Sakroots, I expected better quality for the price I paid (which, by the way, wasn't no chump change).

Don't get me wrong, I still love the brand and what they stand for, but I'm just really bummed about the wallet situation. And since I've had it for so long, I can't even get a refund or nothin'. I recently made a purchase on SakRoots website and it was a terrible experience. The website kept crashing and it was really frustrating. Finally, I received the product but it was really cheap and poor quality. I decided to return it but was told that I needed to have set up an account when I ordered. This was not clearly specified on the website and it was really annoying. Finally, I was able to get them to issue a UPS label and I sent the product back. The product arrived to them on August 7th but as of today, September 6th, I still have not received my refund.

I received an email claiming that the refund went back onto my bank card but it's not there. I checked with my bank and they never saw it come in. When I called customer service, the person on the phone said that a supervisor would look into it and email me but I never received anything. I am really disappointed with the customer service and will never order from this company again.

To make matters worse, I found out that the company's real name is Indonesia something or other. This makes me think that they are just another sweatshop company with a false image, cheap poor quality products and horrible customer service. I will keep pushing for my refund but I would not recommend doing business with them.

I added the bag to my cart and applied the coupon code, but when I reached the final step of checkout, the system automatically removed the code and charged me the full retail price. I was disappointed and confused, as there was no confirmation screen or input from me.

I immediately reached out to customer service via email and explained the situation. I asked if they could apply the coupon code to my order or offer any sort of solution. Unfortunately, I was informed that they could not alter or cancel orders in any way. The only options they gave me were to refuse the package or return the bag for a refund. I was frustrated, as I had already been charged for shipping and didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the bag.

To make matters worse, they offered me a different coupon code for 15% off a future order. But if the checkout system was just going to remove the code again, why would I bother placing another order? I asked if there was a way to do a partial refund of 15%, but my question was ignored.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Sakroots. While I do like the bag I purchased, the customer service was lacking. It seems like they would rather lose the cost of shipping and have me refuse the order than sell a bag for 15% off and potentially gain a repeat customer. I hope they can improve their checkout system and customer service in the future.

I got a clutch from Elliott Lucca as a Christmas present, and boy was I excited! But my excitement was short-lived when I got stabbed by an extremely sharp object near the zipper. It was painful and drew blood. I immediately contacted the company to return it, and they issued me a store credit for $48. But when I went to their website, I couldn't find anything for that price. I was confused and didn't know how they arrived at that number. The prices were starting at double that amount!

I received an email from the company telling me that I could use my credit at one of their sister sites: Sakroots or The Sak. But the process of having the credit transferred was not user-friendly at all. I had to go back and forth from the website, email, and phone. It was frustrating!

Finally, on March 17, I ordered an item from Sakroots using my credit. But by April 4, my item had not arrived. I called the company to inquire about its whereabouts, and they told me that they had been unable to deliver it. I receive deliveries weekly, if not daily, at the same address, so I was confused as to why they couldn't deliver it. When I asked why no one tried to contact me, they had no answer.

I had to go through a whole re-issuing of the credit process, instead of the item just being re-shipped. It was a hassle! When I was finally able to call back, my item was no longer available. I asked for a supervisor, but they told me that they wouldn't speak on the phone with customers. Instead, they would email me. I received an impersonal email, and when I replied, it went unanswered.

At that point, I just wanted a refund, but of course, they wouldn't honor it. Their customer service was terrible! I have yet to hear back from the company, and I doubt I will. So, depending on my own desire to be a glutton for punishment, the situation may go unresolved.
