Safelite AutoGlass review: Rear window install

I went into a safelite location so that I could get help with an assistant to order my glass that I needed. I brought in my truck and the assistant got my Vin number of my truck and looked at my broken rear window, And helped to schedule my appointment date. So on 10/16/23 I dropped my truck early in the morning. Then on the same date I received a call from the technician telling me that the glass that was ordered was not correct, the difference was that the middle window opened up and down and my original opens side to side with a power button. So their solution was to use my original window slider and it should work fine, But it would have to stay overnight. I said it was fine. So the next day I went to pick up my truck, and they told me it's fixed but now the slider doesn't open. ?
