Putting in a glass is one thing for a review, but how about honoring their warranty ? The warranty is nothing but an Advertising Scam. There is no warranty. After scheduling a warranty replacement, and having to wait 2 weeks for an appointment on my day off. My dealings with the employee is so belittling, automatically came out and said so you are the guy trying to make a claim after 2 years. in seconds looked at it and already had the mindset of trying to deny warranty. I have never had glass in 35 years that develops a crack from the edge under the rubber seal and spread through the windshield totally splitting it in half. These cracks as all window people know can come from any imperfection in the edge and do the same as happened to me. I even tried to talk to the chat on nationwide website and they called it " New Damage" which is any defect that cause a crack. And "new Damage " is not covered under warranty. Well what do you think imperfections can cause... a crack ! They claim they have a lifetime warranty against defect in material. But when this defect cause a crack. they decline to honor it. Well what is covered then? absolutely nothing. their warranty is an advertising scam just to get people to buy with them. And that employee had very little to say except that is the way it is your wasting your time nothing can change his decision. All this happened in the first 30 seconds of talking to them. Hows that for service.
