I purchased 3 complete units, received only 1 partial units.
With what I have received, I can't even use the 1 unit I did receive.
Sean Drazin, the owner, will no longer return calls, emails and will not issue a refund as requested several times.
Also, his warranty and guarantee are a complete lie.

These guys offer a 14 day return policy with a lot of exceptions (you can read them on their website). The SCAM part of this is their lack of follow thru and customer service. They do not respond to emails (or say they will get back with you, and don't). In my case, they had to replace poor quality parts and delayed shipping for two weeks. When the new parts didn't work, I asked for a refund, they said no, because it had been more than 14 days. In reality, the delay was their fault, and I believe it was done on purpose to make sure the 14 days had past.
Customer satisfaction is not a concern of theirs. Getting your credit card number is their main goal. See the email response to my request for a refund and decide for yourself if this is a company that you want to do business with.

After selling this product for over 3 years, we are well versed in what your rights as a consumer, and what our rights as a merchant are. If you want to attemt to question the design or craftmanship of our product, that is something you needed to have done after first receiving your unit. In fact, our warranty clearly states that exact reason for the customer to exercise their right to return their purchase within 14 days of arrival. So at this point, this complaint is made too late, and your credit card company will ultimately tell you so if we go into transaction dispute. Furthermore, nowhere on our website does our company guarantee specific results. Not because the product is faulty, but because we understand that every car/truck computer is different, and one must take certain vehicles on a case by case basis. Our company was designed around the concept of helping people get better mileage with their present vehicle.
You have every right to do whatever you want. But what we will not allow for you to do is violate our warranty/return policy. It is rock solid, and has held up eveytime tested. (so many people must have tried to return faulty items before ... hmmm?) So at the end of the day, you will not get your refund as you are demanding, so before you waste your time and ours, you need to wrap your mind around that and read the warranty/return policy page on our website. Just because you want a refund, your credit card just doesn't give you your money. It goes under review, and until reviewed and decided in your favor, you get back nothing.
We will legally counteract any attempt from you to make a chargeback on this purchase.
The ball is in your court Mr Irvin. We will not tolerate threats, or vulgar comments or words.

I can verify dragon98's claims. In doing my pre-trial defense research, I used the services of a private investigator that owed me a favor. He did a search on Drazin's history, which is how I know he had been to prison at least once, how he had changed his name at least once, and how he had used his computer business as a tool to funnel money from innocent investors. I spoke with 2 witnesses that personally saw him beat his wife (once while pregnant), one witness that saw him pistol whip an unarmed man with a Glock (which as a CONVICTED felon he is not allowed to have), and one witness who filed a sworn statement that Drazin had offered him money to come to my home and beat me up. I personally witnessed him defraud the state of Michigan by paying an undocumented employee who was on FULL disability a full time hourly wage under the table - off the books - a clear violation of Michigan state law. And yet, he still thought he could try to sue me. Sean Drazin is not as smart as he thinks he is, and I proved it..
Sean, you said in one of your posts I have "skeletons". Find one. Just one secret or skeleton that I have. What happened to my daughter is public information and is on my You Tube channel. Meaning that he is not willing to WORK and experience pain and struggles. He takes the easiest path out, which is almost always the path that leaves his coworkers, partners, family, and customers hanging out to dry. I know, because I was there and saw it all firsthand. The pictures say it all. Sean, look at yourself and look at me and decide who is willing to work for what he has and who is willing to put aside immediate gratification for the long term well being of others and self. Do what I did, Sean - bust your butt HARD and show the world that you can do more than just talk. Sean, you know as well as I do all my test results are PUBLIC and posted. Every claim I have made can be and has been proven - and that proof is posted publicly for all the world to easily view. I do not slander you, I speak the truth about you. This, like everything else, I can also prove. I can prove it with data. I can prove it with notarized witness accounts - accounts from your OWN FORMER EMPLOYEES! Employees that YOU ABUSED and who came forward in a court of law in the name of righteousness and justice. I can prove it with court documents. I can prove it with a judge's decision.
Just like I proved you stole my designs and are now selling them for profit and violating my rights, I can prove that you have fooled the general public, scammed innocent customers, abused your employees and partners, and lied about the performance of your faulty product. I know your product fails because I am the one that built it for you! It was a TEST PROTOTYPE - a research tool - never meant to be sold to the general public! It had severe design flaws that you never fixed, and were not able to fix because you drove me out of your company before I could! So because you have little to no knowledge on how to properly design your product - and you no longer have me - you are stuck with a product that has, is, and will continue to disappoint your customers.
You should be ashamed of yourself. How you can ever repair the damage you have done is beyond me. But calling me up last month and begging me to come back to you without so much as a "Hey dude, I'm sorry I tried to sue you, can you please forgive me?" - is certainly NOT the way to do it. I am so grateful I no longer do business with you. You drove my business into the ground and me into poverty, as the court documents correctly reveal. Many weeks or months of bench and vehicle testing should be performed. Logs and spreadsheets should reflect the data and help the designer identify any weaknesses. I have done exactly this kind of testing. Months worth of endurance testing - tracking temperature, efficiency, water quality, materials compatibility, and reliability in many conditions. Please show me the months, and years of testing you have for the titanium you say you had before Mr. Drazin, and please show me company paperwork (not yours) but where your "proof" can be verified by someone outside your company (s). Anyone can change dates on paperwork to make it seem real, I would like more proof then that, and please I would also like to see these "degrees" in all areas. This is what I do, I research facts and see if they have flaws, that those claim are not there.

Though you can claim I am sent here per Mr. Drazin, I am here of my own accord. I have seen this product work for several people, and do not appreciate others who slander people as you have, when you have so many skeletons in your own past.
I have been observing and researching, and so have not commented for awhile. I have a lot to say for each complaint, but I think the main one that stands out constantly is The Smack. He is loud, and speaks of things that regardless of what happened, he has no real truth to bring to the table where family or friends is concerned, not to mention that he doesn't speak the entire truth on his end. He boasts of a "win", he didn't really "win". He speaks of so great a product he has, yet writes the courts claiming he has no money. Read the forums about The Smack, and see how many people he has "screwed" over, to use his own words. See how many people he walked on, so to speak, to see where he has gotten. I called Mr. Drazin on some things I have read, and I believe The Smack has forgotten about a video Mr. Drazin has that shows The Smack is lying about several things. It is not my place to disclose the information, as Mr. Drazin will make it available when he is ready. As for not "showing up" in court, Mr. Drazin let his attorney go, he could keep counsel, he chose not to, as it was not worth it to Mr. Drazin who was extremely busy with work, and no longer in Michigan. The Smack plead no financial ability to travel to Michigan and wanted to phone in through the courts, at least Mr. Drazin had a lawyer and could afford it. Mr. Krieg can release what he chooses, we all have that right, but will he release everything and be honest? Including The Smacks part and how he was a cause of this too? Also, has The Smack mentioned to anyone that he stayed in Mr. Drazin's home for several days with Mr. Drazin's family, while Mr. Drazin was away on business? That his wife and children welcomed him and took care of him, while he was supposedly building these cells? Did he also mention that the weekend was sweetest day and that in a hurry to get back to his "new girlfriend", he didn't build cells right, or complete as many as was agreed upon by him and Mr. Drazin. Did The Smack also mention that he and jbolden had concocted a story that Mr. Drazin had paid jbolden to "hurt" The Smack, and the claim was found to be a lie and jbolden finally told the truth when investigated? The Smack would like to paint a black picture of Mr. Drazin, while painting himself innocent, but please remember: There are three sides to the truth, the two sides of those involved, and the actual truth which is in the middle.
As for the Aussies: what can I say, except every company has some complaints, that doesn't make them bad or their product no good. The instructions are online, or easily remedied in an email. As for missing parts, I asked Mr. Drazin how he could be sure they weren't missing parts. The answer was simple to me, the packages are weighed at the post office, each kit has specific weight ranges. The papers are kept on file with recorded weight from the post office. If you claim missing pieces and the weight range is not off, its hard for a company to think the pieces were not sent. In today's day and economy its easy for consumers to break or misuse a product and then claim fault on the producer. We see this everyday in retail life, who is to say it wouldn't be like that in every aspect? There are many units in Australia I am told, and happy with results. I am told Mr. Drazin's product is certified there by the Australian Government. Please correct me if I am wrong, but if the government accepted and approves it, wouldn't that be a good product?
Brian Butler is a whole another complaint altogether. He claims to have worked with Mr. Drazin and how bad it was, yet did he say that he was in Mr. Drazin's home one day for work, or that he had given gifts to two of Mr. Drazin's children as birthday gifts? Did he mention that he left and took everything that Mr. Drazin had paid him to do, leaving Mr. Drazin with barely more then he had started with, and that he had more then one occasion to speak to Mrs. Drazin about concerns, as she was in and out of the building often? He claimed a doctors appointment and then never came back. What does that say about any person, who wants to make a complaint about someone, when they are not better themselves.
All in all, people shouldn't throw stones in glass houses. The Smack hurt his daughter badly in past actions, in search of his own goals and leaving her alone, and he knows what I refer to, I won't make it public, as he so see's fit to do about others in his scraping up the ladder of financial gain. As he said, what goes around, comes around.
Like I said, I have been doing research in companies, complaints and people throughout sites, so I haven't commented in awhile, but contrary to these complaints, Mr. Drazin has been nothing but open and considerate in talking to me and others.
I urge those of you with good results and that are content to stand up against people like these an show them that everyone has their opinion and few are bad to the many that are happy and positive.

Today Sean Drazin LOST his lawsuit against me. It was a total clearing house and an epic SMACKDOWN. The case was dismissed WITH PREJUDICE, and the unjust restraining order Sean concocted to gag me was DISSOLVED.
This PROVES my claims, solidifies my defense, and validates all the claims and complaints made against Sean Drazin and H.A.D. by you all. In fact, it is so bad that Sean could not even retain his counsel. His case was really that WEAK. So even if H.A.D. did screw you over, and you never got your money back, I hope this may give some reassurance that there is ultimate justice out there, and what you send out comes back to you. Sooner or later, the fat lady will sing - and today she certainly did. I hope this gives you all some small sense of vindication.
Eric Krieg will be releasing all the information and details concerning this case when he is ready. Since Sean took such blatant advantage of Eric's good name and reputation - I am giving that pleasant task to him as a token of my appreciation.

We have recently purchased 2 units from Sean and had it sent to our home in Australia.
Upon receipt of the units we found them to be incomplete and there were no installation instructions included. We have been in contact with Sean and he basically told us we were liars, as the units were sent out complete.
We were interested in becoming distributors for him in Australia but on reading and researching some more we have been done out of our money and find out that he is a scam.
BEWARE, unfortunately we were sucked in, we thought we could trust this guy.
I can confirm first hand that Sean Drazin is a liar, very dishonest, and violent. As a former employee of his (one of my biggest career mistakes!) I whitnessed him bold face lying to one customer/dealer after another. He has over 200 emails on his desk from customers, potential customers, and dealers that date back to March 2011 - he has no care to respond to any of them except the dealers because they aren't complaining, asking for their money back, and most importantly will generate the most cash so he can go out and do some more shopping. He is only after your money. He has no interest in helping you, honoring any kind of warranty whatsoever, or paying any money that he owes. He has employees that are short hundreds of dollars in pay (including me) and one employee is short over a hundred hours in pay - according to that employee. Sean is a nasty tempered and violent man. He has an extensive history of violence and threatening people. He is abusive to his wife and employees. He has a criminal record and has apparently served prison time for acts of violence. He puts the fear of God into everyone around him and that's how he controls them. People are afraid to just walk out and quit. Others can't afford to walk away from all the money he owes them, while some were fired and had no choice at all. I found another job and in fear of his temper and retaliation myself, I walked away from all of my remaining pay and quit by text message. Thinking I would be fine and safe that way, that's what I did. Following my action of leaving him on my terms and under no control of his, I have been slammed with attacks on my sexualtiy, severe name calling, and ultimately a seeming death threat text message stating "you sealed your fate". I have filed a report with the local police department and am now taking measures to ensure my own protection from him. This is no man to do business with or play games with. Beware.

who did not do his homework concerning my involvement with SafeHHO. I left that company because of the lies and misinformation being spread concerning my role in the company - as well as TERRIBLE customer service. The reason I am not criticized for the results of the Krieg tests is because instead of trying to cover up the product failure, I remained honest, and I did not threaten Eric. It was not my cell design in that car. Everyone makes mistakes - and my mistake was believing in Sean's device and his integrity. I quickly realized my error and took action to rectify that error - and QUIT the company. The truth has come out in full. My design advice was not fully followed, testing protocol was completely ignored. My repeated warnings were ignored. Complaints continue to this day about his product which proves the issues were not related to me or my work with the company, but with the company itself. Fittings, tanks, and gaskets STILL LEAK. And I have had nothing to to with H.A.D. for almost a year now. I have since moved on and have not had the product and customer issues that Sean continues to experience. This is a testimony to the root of the problem. The problem lies not with me, but with the owner of H.A.D. Blaming me for those product deficiencies has been proven to be unjustified. And unknown to "unbiased researcher" and Sean Drazin, I spent much of my own time and money repairing and upgrading all those faulty units after I had quit H.A.D. That was an act of honesty and integrity from the heart on my part - as I was not obligated in any way to try and fix Sean's mistakes. But because many of those units were purchased by people who followed and believed in me, I felt it was my responsibility to try and help them. And I did. That kind of respect and kindness to our fellow man is rarely repeated in today's day and age - so I reject any criticism of my actions during my short stay with the conman Sean Drazin. I acted with the highest level of integrity and moral fortitude. I am proud of standing my ground despite the abuse and lies I was subjected to by Sean - and those like "unbiased researcher" who did not take the time to fully investigate what actually happened to me and the way my good name was was set up, used, and abused for the personal financial gain of one dishonest individual - the infamous Sean Drazin.

I HAVE ALREADY HAD TO TAKE THE UNIT OFF AND PUT IT BACK ON TWICE TO TROUBLE SHOOT/ DO QUALITY CONTROL. THE FIRST TIME WAS MY HALF MY FAULT BECAUSE I MODIFIED YOUR BUBBLER/FILL TANK. IT BURST BUT YOUR BUBBLER CAP WAS ON SO VERY
TIGHT IT DID NOT POP OFF AS A PRESSURE RELEASE. SO I ALSO TOOK THAT OFF AND MODIFIED IT. WHILE WIGGLING THE CAP OFF THE GLUE THAT SETS THE TUBE WITH THE AIR STONES CAME UNDONE. I PUT THE UNIT BACK ON WITH A NEWLY ORDERED TANK. THE NEW TANK WAS DIFFERENT (IT HAS STRAIGHT TUBE FITTINGS INSTEAD OF THE ORIGIN
GLUED L FITTINGS) AND DID NOT FIT MY ALREADY CUT TUBES. SO I GOT NEW TUBES AND L TUBE TO TUBE FITTINGS FROM MCMASTER. I REFILLED IT TURNED IT ON RAN IT FOR A WHILE AND NOTICED A SMALL LEAK FROM THE FRONT BOTTOM L FITTING ON THE CELL. SO I DRAINED IT, NOTICED THE THIS FITTING WAS NOT EVEN FINGER TIGHT AND THAT THE LENGTH OF THREAD WAS EQUAL TO THE THICKNESS OF THE CPVC LEAVING NO CLEARANCE. I GROUND THE FITTING DOWN, WRAPPED IT UP WITH TAPE, PUT IT BACK IN AND FILLED THE
UNIT BACK UP. I RAN IT FOR A WHILE AND NOTICED A SMALL LEAK FROM THE FRONT TOP L FITTING. I ASSUME THE BACK 2 FITTING ARE ALSO LEAKING BUT I CANNOT SEE THEM. BEFORE I TAKE THE ENTIRE CELL OUT I DECIDED TO CHECK THE REST OF THE UNIT. I NOTICED THEIR WERE NO BUBBLES COMING OUT OF THE AIR STONE ANY MORE. I FOUND OUT THE REPLACEMENT TANK WITH STRAIGHT THREADED TUBE FITTINGS DOES NOT SEAL AT THE TOP. SO I VERY TIGHTLY SCREWED IN THE CAP AND USED A WRENCH TO TIGHTEN THE HHO

THE COMPANY SENT ME 2 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, THEY LEAKED. I WAS PROMISED A 4 CELL (BETTER) PRODUCT TO REPLACE THE PREVIOUS 2. I RECEIVED AN SINGLE CELL. AROUND SEPTEMBER 2009 I FIRST ORDERED A EXTREME 180 HYDROGEN DRY CELL. I MADE CUSTOM MOUNTS TO PUT IT ON MY CAR. THE RESERVOIR TANK STARTED LEAKING IMMEDIATELY. IT ORDERED A REPLACEMENT, AT MY COST AND REMOVED THE LEAKING UNIT. I RECEIVED THE NEW TANK A COUPLE WEEKS LATER. I PUT THE ENTIRE UNIT BACK ON MY VEHICLE. I THEN NOTICED THE REPLACEMENT TANK AND THE CELL ITSELF WAS LEAKING. I EMAILED THE COMPANY. THEY EMAILED ME BACK A PREWRITTEN EMAIL THAT THEY WERE SENDING OUT TO ANY CUSTOMER WHO COMPLAINED OF LEAKS. I READ THE LETTER. IT STATED, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THEY REDESIGNED THE RESERVOIR TANK AND TESTED EVERYTHING FOR 1 HOUR. MY REPLACEMENT RESERVOIR TANK WAS THIS NEW DESIGN AND IT WAS LEAKING IN 2 PLACES. IN THE EMAIL HE PROMISED TO FIX THE LEAKS AND GIVE OUT COUPONS AND SOME FREE ELECTROLYTE AND OTHER SMALL STUFF TO MAKE UP FOR THE MISTAKE. I WROTE HIM BACK A VERY LONG EMAIL DETAILING ALL THE WORK I HAD PUT IN AND TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN'T WANT ALL THE "GOODIES" HE WAS GIVING OUT. HE ASKED ME WHAT I NEEDED TO MAKE IT WORK. I REPLIED THAT I WOULD FIX THE LEAKS MYSELF BUT I NEEDED GASKETS TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ONES IN THE CELL, HOSES TO REPLACE THE ONES I CUT (I HAD TO CUT THE HOSES TO TAKE THE CELL OFF) AND HOSE CLAMPS. I DID NOT REQUEST FITTINGS OR TEFLON TAPE BECAUSE I ALREADY HAD THEM. I GOT NO RESPONSE FOR DAYS. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) THE PHONE DIDN'T EVEN RING IT JUST WENT STRAIGHT TO A FULL VOICEMAIL. SO I COULDN'T TALK TO ANYONE OR LEAVE A MESSAGE. I GOT SPOOKED AND REVERSED THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD. THE NEXT MORNING HE WAS CALLING ME. SUPRISE. HE SAID HE DID NOT WANT ME TO FIX THE UNIT INSTEAD HE WOULD REPLACE MY 2 CELL UNIT WITH A 4 CELL. I TOLD HIM AS LONG AS IT HAPPENED QUICKLY BECAUSE WINTER WAS COMING AND I WANTED TO GET IT ON MY CAR BEFORE IT WAS TO COLD TO WORK. HE ASSURED ME SAYING "I'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU". THAT SAME DAY I MAILED THE UNIT AND CALLED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL THE REVERSE. A WEEK WENT BUY HE STILL HAD NOT SENT IT. HE SAID I NEEDED TO SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT WITH PAYPALS SO THEY WOULD RELEASE THE FUNDS TO HIM OTHERWISE HE WOULD NOT SEND IT. I CALLED PAYPALS AND GOT NOWHERE. I WAS TOLD THE PEOPLE THAT DEALT WITH THAT WERE NOT IN THE OFFICE. AT THIS POINT THE WEATHER WAS TURNING COLD, I MISSED MY WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY. EVENTUALLY AFTER HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH PAYPAL I GOT IT WORKED OUT. I NOTIFIED HIM (SEAN). HE SAID HE WOULD SHIP IT OUT THAT WEEK. 3 WEEKS GO BY. I KEEP EMAILING HI BUT I GOT NO RESPONSE. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND COPIED AND PASTED THE COMPLAINT TO AN EMAIL AND SENT IT TO HIM. I RECEIVED THE UNIT 2 DAYS LATER (HE HAD SENT THE UNIT THE DAY HE RECEIVED THE COPY OF THE COMPLAINT). WHEN I RECEIVED THE UNIT I CANCELED THE COMPLAINT. I PUT THE NEW UNIT ON MY CAR AND USED THE NEW ELECTROLYTE. IT WASN'T WORKING RIGHT (ALL THE FLUID COULD GO RIGHT THRU IT THIS INDICATED THAT IT WAS REALLY JUST A SINGLE CELL) AND THE NEW ELECTROLYTE WAS EATING THE SEALS. I TOOK THE UNIT OFF AGAIN. I TOOK THE CELL APART PLANNING TO REBUILT IT INTO A 4 CELL. I LOOKED AT THE PLATES AND THEY LOOKED LIKE SWISS CHEESE, THERE WHERE A TON OF HOLES DRILLED IN THEM MAKING THEM WORTHLESS. IF HE HAD JUST DRILLED A COUPLE HOLES I COULD HAVE FIXED THE UNIT.
