Best word to describe my experience is nightmare. Immediately after buying the car on my way home I noticed a litany of problems. For one the adaptive cruise didn’t work and I could have easily crashed a died had I trusted it. None of the safety features work nor does the radio, apple CarPlay, sd etc.. I immediately emailed to ask for a refund. Three days later after many calls and emails they finally responded saying they would repair it and not to worry. So my car was driven back to Montreal from Ottawa putting on a ton of kms just for them to bring it back with absolutely none of the issues fixed. So I contacted the manager Kevin David again and he said I had to bring it back so he could fix it again. Due to us being in Ottawa and him being in Montreal he agreed to have it fixed here to not put more kms on the car. The dealership here tried to fix the issue but Kevin David didn’t want to pay for the full fix and slapped a bandaid in the issue. Got it back a week and a half later and had no vehicle during that time. Guess what issues are not fixed and all those systems still do not work correctly. Kevin David told me that’s to be expected with a used car though it was sold to me with the Delawri guarantee and was listed as having all these features working. Which is a lie. I have now asked for a refund or exchange and am being told to bad so sad. My only option according to Kevin David is to have one of his employees drive it back to Montreal again to fix the issue that he hasn’t been able to fix the last 2 times it was in the shop, I told him that I am not ok putting on that many more kms and that he could get a float trailer to bring it back and fix it to which he said no so now I’m guessing we will have to go through CAMVAP and OPC to fight for what’s right.
