`If I could give them a minus I would. They set up their system so you think its a one time order but they put you on a subscription. They did it to me TWICE. My recommendation is to video the entire process. I am looking into who else I can contact about it. Maybe the FTC. It is total BS. It is a shame cuz I like the product but they simply are scamming the public with their data entry system. I will look into one of the other hundreds of companies selling mushroom coffee.

As bad as your service was I would have to say the the people posting here everyday(bots and employees) have had excellent customer service. Then again they are bots and employees and have not stepped foot at Ryze superfoods before giving the good review.
