RVPartsCountry Terrible Experience with RVPartsCountry: Broken Products, Poor Customer Service, and Long Wait Times

I gotta say, my experience with RVPartsCountry was not great. I mean, if I could give them zero stars, I totally would. I wish I had checked out their online reviews before I ordered from them. I mean, only one out of five review sites gave them a decent rating, and the rest were all one star. So, if you're thinking about saving some cash by ordering from RVPC, I'd say think twice. Unless you're cool with waiting almost a whole month for your stuff to arrive, and then finding out that it's broken, and then having to deal with a customer service department that doesn't give a hoot about your problems. Seriously, they'll give you the run-around like nobody's business. And good luck trying to call them, because they don't have a phone number. And if you email them, be prepared to wait days for a response. And even then, they'll probably just lie and say they never got your original email. I mean, come on. Fortunately, the company that made the product I bought stepped in and made things right. But they told me that my story is not unique, and that lots of people have had problems with RVPC. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if that company drops RVPC as a vendor.

RVPartsCountry Unreliable and Confusing: My Experience with RVPartsCountry

RVPartsCountry is a website that sells RV parts and accessories. I recently had an experience with them that left me feeling frustrated and confused. Firstly, their website is not very user-friendly. It was difficult to navigate and find the item I was looking for. When I finally found it, I used their contact form to ask if it was in stock. A representative responded and said that it was. However, when I tried to order the item, the "Buy" button had been removed. I contacted them again and asked why I couldn't order the item. The representative told me that even though the item was not available, it was listed as available because the company has different computer areas for sales representatives and customers. This was very confusing to me and made me feel like I couldn't trust the information they were giving me. They also said that the same item could be listed as available and then not available depending on various deals the company has going on. This seems like a very strange way to do business and left me feeling like I couldn't rely on them to provide accurate information. Overall, my experience with RVPartsCountry was not a positive one. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your RV parts and accessories needs.

RVPartsCountry Poor Customer Service and Shipping Practices: My Experience with RVPartsCountry

I recently made a purchase from RVPartsCountry for a Dometic Brisk Air 2 15k air conditioner and three associated parts. The three parts arrived without any issues, but unfortunately, the air conditioner was a different story. When it arrived via UPS, it looked like it had been dropped from a three-story building. I was surprised to see that they had used the manufacturer's box to ship it, which didn't seem like a good idea to me.

I refused the shipment, which happened to be on a Thursday. I tried to contact RV Parts Country, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any phone number to call. I tried emailing their sales team, but it was a waste of time. I also tried their ticketing system, but that was another waste of time. Finally, a service representative in the ticketing system told me to email "Returns." However, I still didn't hear back from them.

In the meantime, UPS tried to deliver the air conditioner again on Friday of the same week. I refused the shipment again and told the driver not to attempt delivery again. However, the driver told me that the shipper had requested it to be delivered. Since "Returns" had not contacted me yet, I decided to call my credit card company and file a dispute.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with RV Parts Country. I don't think I'll be doing business with them again. If you're considering purchasing from them, I would recommend checking out their Yelp reviews first.

RVPartsCountry Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Issues with RVPartsCountry - Avoid at All Costs

I ordered a bunch of stuff from RVPartsCountry, including three gallons of sealer. They sent me an email saying that everything had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. But when I got the package, it was just one item in one envelope. I checked with USPS and they confirmed that the tracking number was only for that one item. So I contacted RVPartsCountry through their online form and they said they were "looking into it." But they didn't give me any updates for days. I had to keep asking them about my order and they kept saying they were busy. After a whole month of this nonsense, I finally reported them to my credit card company's fraud division. If you're having trouble with RVPartsCountry, I suggest you do the same. Their phone line is useless and their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time or money with them.

RVPartsCountry Warning: Terrible Experience with RVPartsCountry - Do Not Buy From Them!

I had a really bad experience with RVPartsCountry. I was looking for a replacement lock for my trailer door and found one on their website on December 3rd, 2021. Even though the price was higher than I expected, I decided to buy it because I couldn't find it anywhere else.

After waiting for about a week, I finally received the lock, but it was the wrong one and didn't fit my trailer door. I immediately contacted the seller and sent them pictures of what I ordered and what I received. However, they never answered the phone, and I couldn't leave a voicemail.

After a lot of back and forth emails, I finally received a refund on December 16th, but it was only for $47.94. I had paid $67.51 for the lock and had to ship the wrong lock back, which cost me an additional $8.52. So, in total, I spent $76.02 on the wrong lock and only got $47.94 back.

I'm really disappointed with RVPartsCountry and feel like I've been ripped off. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did, so I'm writing this review to warn others about this dishonest business.

RVPartsCountry Disappointing Online Shopping Experience with RV Parts Country & Dometic: Delayed Shipping & False Promises

This online shopping experience was not the best I've had. RV Parts Country promised to ship my item within 24-48 hours and for it to arrive in 3-4 days. However, they didn't mention that some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer, which can cause delays. I ordered an awning on April 12th, 2016, but after a week of waiting with no tracking or awning, I decided to call RV Parts Country to see where it was. This was the start of a three-week ordeal of calling them and Dometic every day to try and get my awning delivered. Both companies lied to me, saying they were shipping it today or tomorrow. At one point, Dometic even sent me a box of metal poles that I couldn't identify. Eventually, someone at Dometic told me that they had an inventory problem and didn't have the item in stock. They said it would be back in stock at the end of May, which was during the middle of my camping trip. They gave me the option to wait or cancel my order and get a refund. I chose the refund and called RV Parts Country on May 5th to cancel my order. They told me that a supervisor had to cancel the order and issue a refund, and that I would receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. However, by May 9th, I still hadn't received an email. So, I opened a dispute on Paypal to demand my refund from RV Parts Country. But on May 11th, a UPS truck dropped off a package and it was my awning! It was in good condition, with only a small run in one of the screens that I could easily fix. I cancelled the dispute and hope to never have to deal with RV Parts Country and Dometic again.

RVPartsCountry Top-Notch Service and Fast Shipping: My Experience with RVPARTSCOUNTRY.COM

I recently bought a 2012 3515RT Cardinal Fifth Wheel camper from Big Daddy RV's and I must say, the service I received was top-notch. The sales staff was amazing and the service was unbelievable. I was in and out in no time. I remember telling my Sales Person that I was going on a month-long vacation from Nevada to California with my new camper. He asked me if I would like to add a second A/C onto my 3515RT Cardinal Fifth Wheel camper, because it was already wired for the second A/C. I declined the offer, thinking that one A/C would be enough. However, about the third day into our month-long camping vacation trip, my wife looked at me and said, "why didn't you get the other A/C?" The heat was just too much for one A/C to handle and it was unbearable for her.

I immediately called my sales Rep and asked him how I should proceed with getting the second unit. He was more than happy to help me and even gave me the number to their online parts store, RVPARTSCOUNTRY.COM. My wife got right on the computer and ordered the Dometic 13,500 BTU Air Conditioner. She had already done her research and found out that they were the cheapest company around. No one could beat their pricing, not even EBAY. I ordered the unit and within a few hours, I had a tracking number in my email. I was astonished at how fast these people worked. Sure enough, in about 2 business days, my A/C arrived. I took my camper to a local repair shop and had the Dometic 13.5 A/c unit installed. We are now staying extremely cool, even though the temperatures are well above the 100-degree mark.

I am grateful to Big Daddy RV's and RVPARTSCOUNTRY.COM for saving my vacation. The second A/C unit was a lifesaver and made our trip much more enjoyable. I highly recommend RVPARTSCOUNTRY.COM to anyone who needs RV parts. They have the best prices and the fastest shipping. Thank you, RVPARTSCOUNTRY.COM!

RVPartsCountry Avoid RVPartsCountry: No Delivery, No Communication, No Customer Service

I recently decided to give RVPartsCountry a try instead of going with the usual Amazon route. I found a great deal on a Camco Rhino 28g waste cart and decided to place an order. However, it has been almost two weeks since I placed the order and I still haven't received my package. I decided to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Initially, everything seemed to be going well. The company apparently shipped the cart promptly and I was supposed to receive it last week. However, it never arrived and the FedEx tracking information suddenly changed to "pending - no delivery date available."

When I tried to contact the company, I was greeted with a pre-recorded message stating that they no longer take phone calls and prefer to communicate via email. This was frustrating, but I decided to try to contact them through their website's "contact us" page. Unfortunately, the page wouldn't work and I was unable to get in touch with them.

After some Google searching, I was able to find an alternate email address for the company. I spent several days trying to get FedEx to locate the package, but they were unable to find it. I then reached out to RVPartsCountry directly and they promised to "look into it." However, it has been 24 hours since their last email and I haven't heard back from them despite sending another email this morning with my phone number and asking them to call me.

To make matters worse, I paid an extra $5 for insurance on top of the $15 shipping charge. FedEx informed me that the shipper needs to initiate a claim, but I have no idea if RVPartsCountry has done so.

It's frustrating that the company has no working phone number and only communicates via email. I would advise others to avoid doing business with this company.

UPDATE 5/20/19 - Unfortunately, RVPartsCountry has not responded to any of my emails and has essentially taken my money without delivering my package. Thankfully, my credit card company was able to credit me the full amount of my loss. This is only the second time in my life that I've had to dispute a charge on my credit card, and it's a shame that it had to happen with this company.

RVPartsCountry Poor Customer Service and Policies: My Experience with RVPartsCountry

I recently ordered an air conditioner from RVPartsCountry and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. While the shipping was fast, the air conditioner arrived with a broken cover and a dented case. It's unclear whether the part was already broken when it was shipped or if it was damaged during shipping. Regardless, this was not a huge issue as long as someone took care of it.

However, when I tried to contact RVPartsCountry about the issue, I found that their phone numbers were useless. They claim that they don't answer the phone to avoid putting customers on hold, but this left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I waited all day for an answer via email, but received no response. It seemed like they had taken my $900 and didn't care about my concerns.

I admit that part of this is my fault for not reading their site carefully enough. I didn't realize that if I disputed a PayPal payment, they would consider it fraud. This is a policy I've never seen before, which makes me wonder if they receive a lot of disputes.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. RVPartsCountry's lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I doubt I will ever purchase from them again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else either.

I'm giving them another day or two to resolve the issue, but if they don't, I plan to file a dispute with PayPal and report them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that RVPartsCountry will take my concerns seriously and work to improve their customer service in the future.

Update: It's been a week since I returned the broken air conditioner, but RVPartsCountry still hasn't refunded my money. I keep getting the runaround and no one can give me a straight answer about when I'll receive my refund. I've tried contacting the owner support email, but that hasn't helped either.

I'm frustrated and disappointed with RVPartsCountry's lack of accountability. It's almost $900 that I can't use, and I feel like they don't care about my situation. I had to threaten to contact the attorney general, BBB, and file a PayPal dispute to finally get my money back.

Overall, my experience with RVPartsCountry was a negative one. While the shipping was fast, their customer service was lacking and their policies were unclear. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

RVPartsCountry Review of RVPartsCountry: Good prices, but poor customer service and shipping practices. Beware of potential runaround

I recently made a purchase from RVPartsCountry for 3 slide-out awnings. The price was good and I decided to pay for extra shipping insurance, but it turned out to be a waste of money. I couldn't track my order with the tracking number they provided and had to email them to find out what was going on. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed by 3 days because they didn't answer my emails in a timely manner.

The reason for the delay was because the awnings were quite long and had to be shipped by truck. Someone had to be home to sign for them, which was a bit of a hassle. When I finally received the awnings, I was disappointed to find that the longest awning tube was totally destroyed and the others were out of the tubes. It seemed like whoever packaged them just pushed the metal end caps into the tubes and never secured them with staples or tape.

To make matters worse, the longest awning had the package of screws missing and the awning rail was bent. I contacted the trucking company and they took pictures and gave me a number to give to RVPartsCountry so they could process the claim. If I had to buy a new awning, it would have cost me $45 and $125 for shipping (due to its size). RVPartsCountry offered me $50 after 2 weeks of emails back and forth telling them all the information over and over again to different people.

One of the representatives even suggested that I ship the awning back to them, but I explained that it was too big to fit in my car and I had paid extra for insurance. I asked them to refund me my insurance money if it was no good. A few days later, I received a text saying that they were in my driveway next to the black truck to pick up auto or RV parts. This came without warning and I was at work, so I couldn't do anything about it.

About 4 days later, I received a text from a shipping broker from Chicago wanting to pick up the awning. At this point, I was frustrated and angry. If I was to ship back the awning (which was still okay), I would have to wait weeks to get a new one back, if I even did. I sent RVPartsCountry some nasty remarks and ended my frustrations there. It's no point to argue with these people as they already got my money and they don't care after that, no matter what they say in an email.

I did some research and found out that RVPartsCountry sells parts for a parent company called Keystone RV. They even sent me a shipping label addressed to the shipper Keystone RV. If you decide to purchase from these people, beware that it can be a big runaround when you have problems. Otherwise, you can get good deals from them. I have purchased from them before, but I won't be doing it again.

RVPartsCountry Disappointing Experience with RVPartsCountry: Slow Communication and Delayed Replacement

I recently had an experience with RVPartsCountry that left me feeling frustrated. I ordered an RV air conditioner, but when it arrived, the box was covered in oil and the unit was damaged. I immediately reached out to the company via email, as that was the only way to communicate with them.

After several emails back and forth, they finally sent me a shipping label to return the damaged unit. It took a few days to get the label, but I was able to send the unit back to them via FedEx. It arrived at RV Parts County on May 11th and was signed for by someone named J. Hacker.

I was told that once they received the damaged unit, they would send out a replacement right away. However, now they are saying that it will take 4 to 5 weeks to get a replacement. I have asked for a refund instead, but have not heard back from them yet.

Overall, my experience with RVPartsCountry has been frustrating. The communication has been slow and it seems like they are not able to fulfill their promises. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

RVPartsCountry Disappointing Experience with RVPartsCountry: Slow Response Times and High Prices

I've been trying to get in touch with RVPartsCountry for over five weeks now to help me find an item that wasn't listed on their website. Unfortunately, their staff has been quite slow in responding to my emails, and sometimes they don't even respond at all. It's been a frustrating experience, to say the least. I don't think I'll be using this company again in the future, and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone else.

To make matters worse, the cost of the plastic item I was looking for was exorbitantly high. I couldn't believe that I was being charged $53 for such a small piece of plastic. It felt like extortion to me. When you add that to the poor customer service I received, it's clear that this company is not one that I want to do business with again.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with RVPartsCountry. Their slow response times and high prices left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't think I'll be returning to their website anytime soon. If you're looking for RV parts, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

RVPartsCountry Misleading Delivery Time: My Disappointing Experience with RVPartsCountry

I recently made a purchase on RVPartsCountry's website for an awning that cost me $1450. The website clearly stated that the delivery time would be between 2-3 weeks, and I even had to sign an agreement acknowledging this. However, when the 3 weeks had passed, I still had not received my order.

I tried to contact RVPartsCountry, but unfortunately, they do not have a phone number available for customers to call. The only way to contact them is through their online chat service. When I finally got in touch with them, they blamed everyone else for the delay and did not offer any compensation for not meeting their own written agreement.

I decided to reach out to the actual product manufacturer, Lippert, to see if they could provide any insight into the situation. They informed me that they had already notified RVPartsCountry earlier in the season that this was their busiest time of year and that shipping would take longer than usual. Despite this, RVPartsCountry still advertised the 2-3 week delivery time on their website, knowing full well that they could not deliver within that timeframe.

I found this to be very misleading and disappointing. When I brought this to RVPartsCountry's attention, they did not offer any solutions or compensation for their mistake. I would advise others to spend their money elsewhere and avoid the frustration and disappointment that I experienced.

RVPartsCountry Frustrating Experience with RVPartsCountry: Identity Verification Process Takes Too Long

I had a bit of a frustrating experience with RVPartsCountry. My dear old grandma, who's 88 years young, wanted to purchase some parts for her RV from their website. But when we tried to place the order, they asked for proof of her identity. Now, my grandma hadn't updated her driver's license with her new address yet, so we sent them some other documents instead. We thought we were being pretty clever by sending them her Medicare paperwork and a copy of her phone bill, which showed her current address. But apparently that wasn't good enough for RVPartsCountry.

The thing that really got me was that they don't even have a phone number you can call to talk to someone about this kind of thing. We had to use their online portal and wait for 1-2 days to get a response. And when we did finally hear back from them, they still wouldn't accept the documents we had provided. So my grandma had to go down to the DMV and get her license updated with her new address. But even then, we couldn't get them the updated ID for another 2-3 weeks, until it arrived in the mail.

In the end, RVPartsCountry cancelled our order and we never got to speak to anyone in person about what was going on. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least. I understand that they want to protect against fraud and all that, but it seems like they could have been a bit more flexible in this case. Oh well, I guess we'll have to find another place to buy our RV parts from now on.

RVPartsCountry Disappointing Experience with RVPartsCountry: Delayed Order, No Communication, and No Refund

I recently made a purchase from RVPartsCountry for a water heater. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, after a month of waiting, I still hadn't received it. I tried calling their phone number, but all I got was an automated message and couldn't leave a message. I then decided to open a ticket on their website to inquire about the status of my order. However, after two weeks of trying to get a response, all I got were messages back saying that they had a high call volume and appreciated my patience.

I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the delay in receiving my order. I had run out of patience and decided to cancel my order. They did inform me that I would receive my refund in 5-7 days, but I am still waiting for it to come through. I hope that I receive my refund without any further issues.

Overall, my experience with RVPartsCountry was disappointing. I didn't receive my order, couldn't reach anyone, and only received auto-generated messages on the ticket I opened. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my water heater, but unfortunately, it didn't work out.

RVPartsCountry Unreliable and Unhelpful: My Disappointing Experience with RVPartsCountry

I recently had an experience with RVPartsCountry that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered some parts from their website, but when I received my bill, I noticed that they were charging me a much higher exchange rate than what was currently listed on the market. Instead of the $.26 it was at the time, they were charging me $0.56 on the dollar.

I reached out to their customer service team to inquire about this discrepancy, but was met with unhelpful and rude responses. They told me that the exchange rate was handled by FedEx Cross border, but when I spoke directly with Crossborder, they informed me that RVPartsCountry sets these rates themselves. This means that they were marking up an additional 30% just on exchange.

I tried to explain this to RVPartsCountry, but they refused to take responsibility for the issue and simply told me that it was not their problem. I was shocked by their lack of concern for their customers and their unwillingness to address the issue.

After doing some research, I discovered that I was not the only one who had experienced poor customer service from RVPartsCountry. Many other customers had left negative reviews citing similar issues with their business practices.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from RVPartsCountry. Their customer service is lacking and their exchange rates are unfairly marked up. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy RV parts supplier, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

RVPartsCountry Disappointing Customer Service Experience with RVPartsCountry - Would Not Recommend

I had an experience with RVPartsCountry that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. In June, I placed an order for a part that I needed for my RV. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and provided the wrong shipping address. When I contacted the shipping company, they informed me that the product had been returned to RVPartsCountry.

I tried to reach out to the company's customer service team, but I was unable to find a phone number to speak with an actual person. Instead, I sent around 10 emails to the customer service team, requesting that they please resend the part to me. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response from the company.

After weeks of waiting, I decided to order the part from another company. However, I still had not received a response from RVPartsCountry. I sent one final email, requesting a refund due to the lack of response from the company. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response to this email either.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service that I received from RVPartsCountry. While I understand that the mistake was initially my fault, I do not understand why the company would keep my money without providing the product that I ordered. This was by far the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I ultimately had to take the loss and move on, but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

RVPartsCountry Mixed Experience with RVPartsCountry: Easy Ordering, Confusing Shipping, No Compensation

The RVPartsCountry website is a sight for sore eyes. It's so easy to navigate and the product inventory pages are well laid out. I had no trouble finding what I needed and placing my order was a breeze. However, that's where the good story ends. I received an email confirmation, but it wasn't clear if I had more than one tracking number. I had to call customer service to find out that some of my order was being shipped via freight. This caused a delay in installation and increased my installation cost. The shipping confirmation only listed FedEx, so I had no idea that the rest of my order was coming via freight. It was a headache trying to get the rest of my order delivered.

To top it off, the freight company (or maybe it was the manufacturer's fault for poor quality shipping containers) scratched two of my pieces. I was so frustrated that I just let it go and didn't bother to complain. RVPartsCountry refused to discount or comp my shipping, even though it cost me extra money. I was disappointed that they didn't take responsibility for the mistake.

Overall, I would recommend RVPartsCountry for their beautiful website and easy ordering process. However, be aware that their shipping confirmation emails may not be clear and you may end up with a headache trying to get your entire order delivered. Also, don't expect any compensation for shipping mistakes, even if it costs you extra money.

RVPartsCountry Disappointing Experience with RVPartsCountry: Lack of Communication and Customer Service

On the 24th of February in the year 2017, we were informed by FedEx that our RV washer/dryer had been delivered. However, when I checked, there was no delivery made. I immediately contacted FedEx in Schertz, TX and spoke to a lady named Rebecca. She informed me that the company RVPartsCountry had sent them a "LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION" to return the product without delivering it. This was quite confusing and frustrating for me.

I then decided to contact RV Parts Co. through their chat service since they do not have a phone number available for customers to call. The representative I spoke to informed me that there was a mix-up and that once the product comes back to them, they will resend it back out. I was not happy with this response since we had paid an additional cost to have it delivered fast. However, they insisted that the additional cost was the normal charge and that they would not refund our money.

It was like talking to a wall, they would not listen to my complaints. All I could get out of them was "There was a mix-up" and they wouldn't explain why they sent it back before delivery nor would they explain why they LIED and told us FedEx tried to deliver when they never did. This was extremely disappointing for me and my family.

Overall, my experience with RVPartsCountry was not a good one. The lack of communication and customer service was frustrating and disappointing. I hope they can improve their services in the future to avoid similar situations happening to other customers.

RVPartsCountry Disappointing Experience with RVPartsCountry: Opened Product and Compressor Issues

I recently purchased a product from RVPartsCountry and unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. I specifically requested that they send me an unopened and unused product, but when I received my package, I found that the item had been opened and was covered in dust and debris. While the unit did appear to be new, I was disappointed that my request had not been honored. I believe that when I pay for a product, it should go without saying that I expect it to be in the condition that I requested.

To make matters worse, the unit I received had a problem with the compressor cycling through on/off, even when the camper was still relatively warm. I plan to contact Dometic about this issue, as it may be a design flaw or a part that needs to be replaced. Despite these issues, I am grateful that the unit works and that I can still use it.

Before receiving the product, I found that the ordering process was easy and quick. However, I did have to pay extra for insurance and the shipping cost was a bit high. Overall, I would say that my experience with RVPartsCountry was not ideal, but I am hopeful that the issue with the compressor can be resolved.
