I booked an Airstream only for lodging.
RVezy took my money & Confirmed my booking. The Day before booking they required that I prove my identity online- scan drivers license & my face. I was not comfortable doing that & declined & the owner of rv ok’d that with me personally & they had already took my $ & CONFIRMED my booking . Rvezy CANCELLED my RV on the DAY of arrival & kept my money $1600. Pure evil company.

That’s a lot of money to lose, especially with your stay canceled on the day you were supposed to arrive. I’d ask RVezy to show you where they explained the ID check before you paid, and why they’re keeping the full $1,600. Send them your booking confirmation and the messages from the owner, and ask them to review the refund. It’s understandable that you expected everything to be sorted once the booking was confirmed.
