I had damage done to my RV while being rented that went on unnoticed at first. My claim was denied because I put "no damage" on the return inspection. However, once the damage was noticed, I immediately took pictures and put in a claim.
However, since my original report was marked "no damage" and my pictures were taken later in the day. My claim was denied.
Now I have a whole in the side of my trailer that I have to deal with.
Recommendation: If you're renting your trailer on rvezy, I recommend put "yes" to the damage report, in the event damage may go unnoticed. Also, if you fail to take looks of pictures of ever possible angle of your trailer, you claim could also get denied.
