on May 3, 2025 did not Downloaded, got a email that they received it would take 3 to 5 days to process and receive my Refund
now they say I don't get a refund I did Not download the forms
I called on May 8, 2025 they said it takes 3 to 5 days I will receive Monday 12th of
now they I will not get a REFUND
Desired outcome: I want my REFUND

They’re playing the fine print loophole game — claiming “no download = no refund” to dodge responsibility. If they acknowledged your cancellation and gave you a refund timeline, that’s your leverage. Screenshot everything, shove it in your bank’s face, and hit them with a chargeback. Screw their shady backpedaling — you did your part.
