This horrible lady in red attempting to sing is pathetic and if you're trying to get on my last nerve it's working! Now I'll stay away because you went out of your way to be annoying and I don't have to put up with that. The sooner you're out of business the sooner your commercials will annoy me no more! Try that for a commercial, the "annoy me no more campaign".

Ruby Tuesday service and stealing of food

We went to Ruby Tuesday in Orangeburg sc yesterday. A table of 11 ladies were sitting next to us. They were finished eating but all went back to the salad bar and loaded up plates of salad. Then they asked for to go boxes for the salads. The server brought all of them boxes. I went to Mr. DiAlbo the manager and told him what was going on. He waited until all of them had to go boxes full of salads before speaking to the server. He shoulld have come and put a stop to it immediately. They lost at least $100.00 with this going on. Then they all had coupons on there phones and got discounts on top of this. So more money was lost. We were there over 1 and 1/2 hours waiting to be served and checked out. He was still only half way getting there checks straight. I had to again go to the manager to get our check and pay. We enjoy Rubt Tuesday but it is nonsense like this that will make us stop going. I used to have a restaurant and i would have probably gone to the customer and added the price of the salads they wete stealing to there bill and never given them the discount. I dont want to have the prices raised because of theives. The manager is not a good manager to let this happen.

Ruby Tuesday food poisoning

ate at the restaurant in lumberton nc on west 5th street on Thursday night my wife got the chicken and broccoli pasta I got the half rack ribs. She didn't eat her chicken or the noodles that was touching the chicken it had a bad taste. I ate my ribs but had a different taste than normal but ate it anyway thinking its alright but I stated feeling bad the next day. Just left urgent care yesterday and they say I have food poisoning. Just letting you know what happened the meat there needs to be checked. Thanks. I eat there a lot don't want to go back if nothing is going to be done.

Ruby Tuesday my receipt printout

We had dinner at the Uniontown, PA site. Upon being given my receipt to sign..I used my debit card, I noticed that my checking acct. balance was printed on each copy of my bill. My balance is no ones business but my own. It's a very invasive practice by your company. I've spoken to several friends just to be sure tis is not a common practice that perhaps I have just never noticed before elsewhere and they all agree, after seeing my receipt this is probably an illegal practice to say the least. It isn't any wonder people are getting scammed daily ..companies like yours are giving our information to your employees on a silver platter. While they have our debit cards in their hands with the ability to write down our numbers, exp. date, and number on back of card..You really need to fix this issue.

Ruby Tuesday customer service

Good evening,

I entered the Ruby Tuesday at 1550 American Drive Florence SC 29505 at 9:32 pm on September 23, 2018. The hostess guy asked how many? I said 2..he then proceeded to say well the kitchen is shutting down. Why not say that from the beginning? My husband asked him what did that mean. He repeated himself and so did my husband. I then said well let's go because the kitchen is shutting down I don't won't bad food or half prepared food. My husband asked him again what does that mean so we can't eat. The hostess guy responded again the kitchen is closing but the salad bar was still in its complete form. I then said it's not 10 so why is the kitchen shutting down. The hostess guy proceeded to say well it's been slow all day so we're not serving. The manager was behind the bar counting a cash register as we were walking out the door he started towards us but apparently he turned around because he never engaged us. I feel that if you close at 10 pm you should serve until that time. If you close at 9:30 pm then change the sign on your door and your website. Just poor poor poor customer service. My husband and I visit this Ruby Tuesday often as it is on about 5 min from our home. I am very disappointed in the service I received tonight. As I have never been turned away from a restaurant/store because it was close to their closing time and the last 30 min of operation was slow which is what he told us!?

Ruby Tuesday dinner server

My husband and i went to the michigan ave ruby tuesdays on 9/18/18 at 4:30 pm for dinner. When we got there i noticed only a few guests in the place our server was Kate L #1339. She has to be the worst server i have had there. When we where ready to order she was no where around. We finally got our order taken two dinners and a app. We got our app but could not find her for more tea for my husband. I asked a different server and they got it right away. Half way threw eating the app she shows up and asks how thing are with a mouth full of food. It was very disgusting. I almost left right then but my husband talked me into staying. Our food finally comes and mines not right. Somethings i wanted off where on and no sauce. She comes over to get us refills and o ask her for some mayo for my burger after waiting and waiting i again asked a different server for mayo which they brought out right away. By then my food is cold and really no good. So i took home and fed to dog. It was the worst meal i have ever had there.

Ruby Tuesday cleanliness, management

Today I ate lunch at the w. Ridge rd rochester ny 14626 ruby tuesday. When I went into the bathroom I am mediately fell in a puddle of sewage water that had backed up all over the floor. When I told my waitress she got the manager who didnt even come all the way to my table he just shouted are you ok and walked back into the kitchen They did have somebody go in the bathroom and clean it but they did not care that I had fallen into that nasty sewer water with my baby daughter they just let me leave with not carrying I'm upset because my clothes are ruined I had to throw my shoes away They seems like it must be a problem they are all the time like it wasn't something new this is unacceptable for a restaurant and that manager should have cared more

Ruby Tuesday unethical behaviour

On Monday, September 3, 2018, my sister, my out of town guest visited
the restaurant at Camp Creek Parkway. The restaurant had only a few guests. I did note initially the server's attire was not clean; we placed our order. I ordered dried ribs, 2 sweet potatoes, and l white potatoes. My sister ordered a slab of dried ribs and broccoli and sweet potatoes.

We visited the salad bar which was very unkept and looked messy; we asked for crackers but never received them. The waitress returned to our table stating there was one sweet potato. We asked to see the manager. She asked what could she do for us. I said I thought she should take care of the tab. She reluctantly agreed. When she returned with the food, she slid it on the table and appeared to be angry. The ribs were very dried looking and were not good; my sister's order was not a slab but a quarter; the waitress appeared with another half of ribs in a take-out box.my sister's broccoli was cold to touch and looked like a child's serving. To say the least, I was very disappointed.

I spoke with the general manager, Ms. SHANTAL MCLAUGHLIN, yesterday
September 6.
She was very apologetic. I gave her my email address but did not hear from her as she promised. Here it is again. [protected]@bellsouth.net. My name is Dr. Joanne Lottie. I would like to hear from someone at the corporate level regarding this matter. Sincere Thanks.

Ruby Tuesday lunch service

Went for Lunch today at 12:25pm, typically have 30 minutes for lunch and have before gotten in and out in that time.

But today we ordered and it was 39 minutes later before the food came out... Then the Manager was defensive and rude, she acted as if we were inconveniencing her. After asking for at least a discount, she comped the meal.

If you want to cater to the lunch crowd, you should be prepared to have lunch ready in the time needed.

Ruby Tuesday management and employment

I have applied to the company twice now. The 1st time I got no feedback, no call, no email not anything so I let it go since I was offered another job.
I applied again for a 2nd time to pick up a 2nd job. I called in (8/29/18) and asked for Nick and I was told that he was too busy to talk because he was on the line cooking, that they would give him the message. I didn't get a call back or anything then I got an email (8/31/18) stating, Thank you for your interest in Ruby Tuesday. We regret that we are unable to offer you employment at this time. We wish you all the best in your job search. Please do not reply to this automatically generated message. Replies are undeliverable. Now I think thats kind a messed up i called in to speak with the manager and was told I can't and I'm denied the job just 2 days later. Without even being interviewedor able to speak with anyone.
I want to know why myself a non-crimal with a clean back ground isn't allowed to speak with the manager then denied the job via email 2 days later but Ruby Tuesday will hire a felon. So basically I'm being told that you must be a felon to work for your company. That's pathetic. I just wanted to let you know how I feel I was treated and thinking about reporting this to the local news companys. Thanks in advance for letting me know only felons work for ruby tuesday and I will never eat there again either since I feel I must be a criminal to be welcome.
P.s, I currently work with someone whom also works at ruby tuesday and they have told me they are a felon this is how I know.

Ruby Tuesday I am complaining about an employee

This particular employee shawnette or Shawney I asked another employee her name and that is the name they gave me she is very rude to me every time I come there the food is great but her attitude is ridiculous when I went to the salad bar and she was working it I believe she also works back in the kitchen but my family and I will no longer be eating at this particular location as long as she is employed there.

Ruby Tuesday poor customer relations

I posted a review and complaint on the Ruby Tuesdays in Marianna Facebook page. I am copying and pasting it into this format so you can review what transpired last night. So I feel the need to piggyback on this comment as I was the other person in this party. When you are going out to eat the expectations are that you are going to enjoy a meal and have table services that you are paying for. My other half suggested going here due to a promotion. This could have been a good experience. Again, "could have been." So our server had no idea about the promotion. My other half had an email that clearly stated "$9.99 6oz sirloin and two sides NO COUPON NECESSARY" and our server then is interrogating me about signing up now and I must show this email to her and she must show this to her manager NOW! Last time I checked, I am the customer and I am not the one who needs to respond to being told what to do. Then after we waited 15 minutes to get our drinks our server and her manager have a conversation right next to our table about me signing up for this promotion and how this will "get them in here." So, then we have our drinks and food and the server asks my other half if he would like a drink and I get asked nothing. Then she brings out his drink and she has the check and decides to wrap it up by placing our check on the table. I still wanted another drink. I was asked nothing. It was like I was invisible. We asked the manager who was bussing tables what time the restaurant closed and she said 11p and it was 845p at this point. I said that I wasn't done and I wanted another drink, but since the night had gone the way it had that I will be going elsewhere. Then "after" I said this, she asked if I wanted anything else. At this point I was just done with the whole experience. Then to add more fuel to what just happened the manager starts hustling us about donations for "No Child Shall Go Hungry" and asking us if our server mentioned this to us. What was next? Shall I verify for the manager if the side work was being done too? Or how about cross contamination protocols? Or how about asking for ID's for alcohol purchases? This isn't my job to do yours. How about you as the manager doing table visits and ensuring that YOUR customers are enjoying their visit and if not correcting the issue? And at no point after the demand to sign up for their email and show what was a promotional ad and not a coupon were we ever asked to show this to the manager. Just what a debacle. So after leaving Ruby Tuesdays and my other half spending roughly $40, we went to another local place named Bistro Palms and had an awesome time with great service. I personally spent $60 and I tipped 25% because it was a great evening with personalized service and an all around good time at Bistro Palms. Talk to anyone in the service industry and they will tell you that a customer who recognizes good service and reflects that in the gratuity is worth their weight in gold. Take care of me and I will take care of you. The pen is mightier than the sword when it comes to the gratuity line. Ruby Tuesdays, do you realize that your customers are your bread and butter?

Ruby Tuesday ribs where not good. at no dry rub on them and they where cold. we go weekly. last couple of times they were awful.

We have always enjoyed our meal, don't know if it's a new cook or what. Ribs have always been good. Nasty last couple of times. Service is always good. Salad bar is awesome . Staff is very friendly. Don't know what's up with the cooks. Both mind and my husbands ribs. Where cold, and no taste. We ordered the dry rub. And I on the night we had a coupon for one meal free they said they ran out of ribs would be an hour.

Ruby Tuesday food/service

I had an awful experience here for my anniversary with my significant other. It took approximately 15 minutes before a server was even with us to take our drink order. Upon giving our drink order, it took a significant amount of time before receiving the drinks, how unfortunate. As we ordered our appetizer, we made a comment to the waitress about our wait time for services, she apologized and assured prompter service. We received our appetizers WITH our main entrees, after explaining we would like them prior to receiving the entrees. Very disappointing. Not only was the wait time - and service horrible, but upon receiving the actual food, our appetizers of the cheese sticks were not even hot nor was the cheese melted. My burger had pink within after expressing I would like a well-done burger. My partner's food was alright, besides the food being a cooler temperature than assured. After prompting we would like SOME type of compensation, the manager came over to assist and explained they would only be able to remake the food. This overall experience was terrible and the service was very underrated. This made our anniversary a horrible experience at Ruby Tuesday, not the mention the $65 bill we still had been persisted to pay. I am very disappointed in the company and am angered I was not compensated nothing after spending hard-earned money there often.

Ruby Tuesday tv commercial

I absolutely despise your TV commercial with the woman playing triplets and her screeching. It's very annoying and unappetizing! Why would any one think this commercial would make anyone want to go to Ruby Tuesdays to eat? I do not like Ruby Tuesdays as it is so I definitely won't be giving it a second try. I cannot immagine any adult liking this commercial.

Ruby Tuesday commercials of screaming shrew woman

Please ditch this horrific ad. The screaming woman is so shrill and irritating and ghastly it's unendurable. Why would a restaurant chain going down the drain financially, and closing hundreds of sites DO such a thing to further alienate customers? Stupid people in advertising all fired up by violence and screaming insults is making garbage ads that saturate TV with constant put downs of adults, is insulting to all. Hire more mature folks to create these ads, not the 20 somethings full of hate and in immediate need of reality checks.

Ruby Tuesday commercial on tv

Your commercial about ruby Tuesday with the "three girls"is so irrationally and gets on your nerves so bad I have got to change channels till I know it is off. If you make a commercial with great food and a family or couple eating it quietly talking and smiling I would more likely eat at your restaurant and have but this commercial is like nails on a chalkboard. You need to replace it before you lose your customers. I don't eat at sonic because of the two idiots that do their commercials but I do eat at Applebee's because their commercials are light fun and show their great food.

Ruby Tuesday very bad service

I was at the garden bar and all I heard from the waiter is "this [censored] got mad because I didn't roll her-silverware. On top of that five year old son heard them. One of the girls had apparently been fired and was conversing with someone that still worked there. They continued to voice their opinions loudly enough for customers to hear them. They stood beside the bar for several minutes. The garden bar needed to be stocked as well and they were all just standing around complaining about customers. This place has gone down hill very bad. Will not be back!

Ruby Tuesday about the service

to who it may concern as a customer for over ten yrs me and my mom use to go to ruby Tuesday every Friday and something another day of the week we have been there for a while since our last visist klohy the bartender slash waitress gave us a attitude and made us uncomfortable we complain to the manager and I guess he told her not to serve us any more we use to have our drinks by the time we seat down because we were regulary but today we try going back sat in our same place bar was empty whit 2 bartender and kholy as one of them and they didn't even acknowledge us usually they go out of there way to help but they ignore us completely I felt really uncomfortable so any way it took about 10 minutes to get drinks and I get the beer draft 2 for 1 and they usually give it to me 1 at a time since we go there a lot now I got them together she has a attitude problem kholey and the restaurant nned to address it we live in acommunity down the street with a lot of people go there but we are going to tell them not to go any more because of the service and go to applebees or chillies .for a loyal customer who go there once or twice a week to get that kind of service she need to go so until I see that is gone or maybe go anther day when she not there we will tell all of friend not to go to ruby again ty for your time steve and gen

Ruby Tuesday fyi... really bad service

My daughter and I went there for lunch 2 weeks ago on a Tues. at 1 PM.
No hostess greeted us and we had to stand there several minutes waiting until a waiter seated us.
A different waiter asked us what we wanted to drink ..we said water...and said we wanted the salad bar...they said we could go to the salad bar.
They were out of about 3 or 4 items that we had to tell a waiter about and he reported it to the kitchen (no one was in charge of re-stocking the salad bar?). So, we waited until items were restocked and went back to our seats.
there was no silverware, napkins, and no water glasses at the table ?
We had to report this to the waiter to please get us some.
