I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with RPI (replacementparts.com). I needed a new top for my crockpot and I found it on their website. I ordered it about a week before Thanksgiving and it said it wouldn't arrive until after the holiday. But, to my surprise, it showed up a few days before! I was stoked because I had been craving some homemade mac n cheese and now I could make it.

The ordering process was pretty easy, even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy. I just searched for the part I needed, added it to my cart, and checked out. I didn't have any issues with the website or anything like that.

The only thing I will say is that the shipping was a little pricey. I mean, I get it, they have to ship it to me, but it was still a bit more than I was expecting. But, hey, at least it got here on time!

If you think you have an electric motor problem, first check the amperage output, as that could be the problem. Anyway, I got the correct part and my string trimmer is back in business.

They came faster than if I went to a local repair shop to get them. It was easy to order them online and they only cost a little bit more than if I went to the repair shop. I recently made a purchase from RPI (replacementparts.com) for my Cubcadet SC100 lawn mower. I was in need of an oil fill tube assembly and a dipstick o-ring. Unfortunately, the o-ring was not in stock at the time of my purchase. However, I was impressed with the company's communication skills as they kept me informed via email about the status of my order.

After a couple of months, I decided to cancel the o-ring part and requested that the oil fill tube assembly be shipped to me. I sent an email to the company but never received a response. I was starting to get a bit worried about my order, but eventually, the parts arrived at my doorstep.

I was happy to see that the oil fill tube assembly was perfect and exactly what I needed. However, I was disappointed to find out that the o-rings were the wrong size. Even the o-ring in the tube assembly was incorrect. I immediately contacted the company to inform them of the issue, but unfortunately, I never heard back from them.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience with RPI. While I appreciate their efforts to keep me informed about my order, I was disappointed with the incorrect o-rings and the lack of response from the company when I reached out to them. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar issues.

The replacement parts from RPI (replacementparts.com) seemed to be everything I needed for my kitchen appliance, until I tried to install it. The lower peg that pops it into place has a new base that raises it basket up about 3/16" from where it should be and didn't allow for the basket to snap close. Also, the upper ring of the basket has a much thicker piece on the molding that locks the basket into place, your replacement is missing this. I was able to file the added material on the lower base to make the basket fit correctly into the holes, but the basket will only stay in place if I put a bungee cord around the entire pot. It'll probably work, but definitely not what I was expecting.

I was disappointed that the replacement part did not fit perfectly, but I was able to make it work with some adjustments. It looks great, but sadly not a direct replacement. If you'd like a picture or two to completely understand what I'm talking about, please feel free to contact me. I'll have to take them.

Overall, I appreciate the effort of RPI to provide replacement parts for my appliance, but I hope they can improve the accuracy of their products to avoid these kinds of issues in the future.
