I have tried repeatedly to claim for a lost large letter; should have gone to USA, but sent to Australia in error. Have completed Form 58 and sent to Plymouth and Stoke on Trent all have been returned. I do not have a mobile. So uploading is difficult. The post office information on 0345 722 3344 is a waste of time. Have tried to contact such people like Jasmin Pritchard and Paul Leckey their websites do not operate. emails are just thrown out. What a disgusting Post Office we have in this country.

Claimed loss: Claiming for £15.35 plus £7.99

Desired outcome: I would like to speak to someone at Royal Mail and to refund the £15.35 back to me.
