Post deliveries to 66 Albert Drive SW196LD
1. For many months -possibly over a year - deliveries of post to my home and other residents of Albert Drive can easily take 2-3 weeks for 1st class Post.
2. About 10-20% of my Post never arrives at all- including important mail such as Bank statements, Bills and Medical appointments.
3. On one occasion I found a load of Albert Drive post dumped on my doorstep and being blown down the road by the wind and rain.
4. On another occasion I found a load of Albert Drive mail dumped in a neighbour`s Dustbin.
5. Myself and other neighbours have noticed we seem to get mail in batches-often very late indeed.

I am in Cancer Treatment and need all my mail urgently.
I never see a postman delivering from house to house in Albert Drive as I used to see 2 years ago.
I have recently found out that there is currently no postman assigned to Albert Drive (for over a year?)and a hence a huge backlog of Albert Drive Post. Management at Wimbledon Sorting Office is aware of the issue but nothing has been done.
I am now keeping a record of my post and am shocked how bad it is:

I find this Postal service disgraceful and would be most grateful if you would sort the issues and ensure all my post arrives within the expected 1-2 days
I also think compensation of at least £50 for such a poor Postal service is due as it has clearly been going on for many months
I await your earliest email reply-post is too unreliable!
