Round Table Pizza review: timeframe

I order my food online (Chicken and Breadsticks). It said it would be ready at 5:54. I get there at 5:54pm. They said the chicken is coming out and should be a couple of minutes. Finally at 6:20pm I asked them how much longer? They said they haven't put the breadsticks in yet. They were just about to do that. So I've been sitting there waiting and I don't know how long until I asked them. This is my first/last time eating here. That's crazy. I left at 6:29pm. Never will get anymore money from me. Horrible service

Got home to eat, and the chicken is Luke warm b
(Because that came out 45 mins ago) compare to the breadsticks. The food was good but the experience I went through (not making the food in the order they received it) was enough for me to go somewhere else. It's really sad how I was the only one in the store with about 6-7 employees. You can tell that store doesn't get a lot of business and I know why. I won't recommended this place to anybody. Pizza Hut chicken is just as good but they are way faster. I hope you guys take this serious and call the store and talk their manager because I have never had service like this before. And vow to never have it again.
