They was great. They started on time as promised and finished within 6 days of starting. I highly recommend Ross Services, you won't be disappointed.

I got this guy from Ross Services showin' up at my place a whole 3 hours before the time we agreed on. Can you believe it? It was freakin' 8am on Memorial Day, and this dude had the audacity to disturb my peace, sayin' he had to squeeze in all his appointments. Like, seriously? If you're lookin' for a company that can't stick to a schedule and does things on their own terms, then Ross Services is the one for ya.

Ross Services is the worst! Their management is terrible and their workmanship is shoddy. They don't even bother fixing things properly. Instead, they try to cheat their way out by deducting money from the bill. Can you believe that? They left us hanging, forcing us to find someone else to fix or replace the items they messed up. And to top it off, they would disappear for days without any explanation. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. I'm beyond disappointed!

From start to finish, it took a solid 9 days to finish the whole remodeling job. Ross Services Pool Remodeling was absolutely amazing. The project manager, Justin, was truly incredible. He was attentive, paid attention to every little detail, and didn't try to push unnecessary or easily breakable items on me. I highly recommend them, and mind you, I work in construction myself.

However, after their initial work was done, Pool Troopers failed miserably in properly maintaining the pool. It turned an unpleasant shade of green! Can you believe it? So, naturally, I had to make several phone calls to get them to come and fix it. But their response was just ridiculous - they said that a couple of days of being green wouldn't do any harm. Can you imagine? I immediately fired them without a second thought.

In a panic, I called up Ross and they promptly sent a technician to restart the pool and bring it back to its original state. This company has truly gone above and beyond to assist me as their customer. They are absolutely amazing.

Shoddy workmanship. Failing product. Poor service response. I paid this company $10,000 to install Eurotile in March . It started deteriorating in just 4 months. The product should be very durable if applied correctly. After numerous calls which I am promised repairs will be made. The rep is now saying it is environmental. So, if water sits on the driveway, and the driveway is deteriorating in those areas, it is environmental. Why would you instill the Eurotile outside? It was apparently not applied correctly for it to be completely falling apart. I'm frustrated with the product and lack of support I've received after a rather huge amount of money spent on a highly unsatisfactory result.

The product should be very durable if applied correctly. The repairs were done and are shoddy at best. This was after numerous calls which are never returned. My driveway has cracked again and the entire surface is crumbling and disintegrating I have made numerous calls for repairs and have been ignored. I called another company that installs this product as I am desperate to try to slow down the failure of the entire driveway surface as it breaks more and more every day. I'm told you cannot repair once broken and the entire driveway should be redone. It was apparently not applied correctly for it to be completely falling apart. I'm frustrated with the product and lack of support I've received after a rather large amount of money spent on a highly unsatisfactory result.
