Roobet Roobet locking my account

I signed up for Roobet and played a lot of money on the casino, the minute I hit big on mega wheel, I went to make my first withdrawal and noticed my account was signed out and when I tried signing in my account was put on block. I have emailed Roobet support email for 3 years and no one will ever respond. I have pics to prove. I had 1200$ in my balance when it was locked! Till this day my account is still locked.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is to withdrawal my funds that are sitting in my account.
