Non existant customer service, tiny streaming boxes that overheat and fail constantly and no remedy when you call with issues.
Stay far away from Roku, its poor equipment and its customer service located in some off shore location who apoligize endlessly (as they are trained to do) and them put you into an endless loop of equally inept people who do the same thing over and over. The last time I call it was hours and I actually went through eleven so call "specialists" finally landing back at the very first I talked to at the begining.
Very much like the old Dell issues which they finally smartened up and stopped the [censored] due to loss of revenue.
Roku is going to kill off their business very quickly at this rate so it would behoove the potential or existing client to start looking elsewhere before they go down in flames.
This review site isn't much better-to many caps indeed!
